The cup the water flows into won't stay in place, so the water spills out behind the bin and freezes all over the bottom of the freezer. I have to "de-ice" it a couple of times a month.

No installations instructions
Shipped DIY ice maker with no installations instructions. In fact there was ZERO paperwork in the box. The parts for the ice maker were separately shrink wrapped and rattling around in the box like this was a rebuilt unit or something. The parts do look new and everything is working. . This is not the cheapest in freezer ice maker on Amazon, but they sure treat it like it is. Also, install directions do not exist in the Daewoo Refrigerator manual (which I have) and Daewoo does not have them on their support website either. A search for this manual on the internet turns up nothing. Very frustrating. I am pretty handy and there is an install video for kitchenaid ice maker produced by Sears and available on youtube that is close enough to get the job done. Ice maker is making ice for me, but this should come with some sort of directions.

Works well with my refrigerator.
Works well with refrigerator. The ice tray is thin and cheaply made. The tray was broken when it arrived. Fortunately I was able to use my old ice tray.
