USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Round Cake Pan, 9-Inch, Aluminized Steel

My first trial a pan pizza. I baked in my Cuisinart Chef convection oven, so reduced the temp by 25° and the usual bake time by 7-8 minutes knowing how well USA Pans conduct even heat and browning. Perfect estimate as pizza nicely done top and bottom with no burnt spots or dark crispy cheese. Bonus no sticking and pan virtually clean, impressive. Fast wash with bit soap, rinse put in dish rack to dry. No muss fuss soaking or scrubbing yippee. This pan handy multi use for me be just right size for main dishes, side dish, cornbread / bread, roasting and of course desserts / cakes too. Considering another round but unsure what size I want.... perhaps 6" or 10" in case want a layer cake. Or both lol. USA Pans are such great quality bang for your bucks that cook / baking are fun again. Results awesome since bake so nicely with far less effort. No ruined batches or sticky burnt on messes to clean up. Of course common sense, there is bit of learning curve at first to know exactly what temps & baking times best for YOUR oven. Same goes whenever us baker's try out a new recipe the 1st time... Make any adjustments / improvements to personal liking as needed - ✔ and noted for next time. And yes, you can grease the pans if necessary for a given recipe. Remember to use oil or butter and NOT the cooking sprays though since spray will damage the non-stick coating.

I bought the USA Pan Bakeware 1070LC Round Cake Pan, 9 inch, Nonstick & Quick Release Coating, 9-Inch and have had it for several months. I waited until I have used it for a good amount of time before I posted review. First, it's hefty and has a lot of weight to it - it feels sturdy and made to last. Second, it cleans very easy, so far nothing has stuck to the bottom or side. Finally for my personal experience using the pan: I've made corn bread and pineapple upside down cake with it. Cornbread fairly regularly and pineapple upside down cake just once recently. My wife made banana bread (cake?) many many times, almost weekly one or two at a time. After several months of moderate use, the pans still look brand new. However, the best part of this pan is that as long as you grease the pan, nothing seems to stick to it and the cake pops out easy peas-y from the pan. I'm a novice at baking (and cooking) so I can't say whether or not this will appeal to professional or highly experienced bakers so no technical speak on it's attributes, but for me, an average user, this thing works great in my opinion and from my personal experience. Everything came out great first time except my pineapple upside down cake, which was a bit dry but that's more to do with my over baking it than with the pan having any issues or flaws. Basically, for less than $20 for 2 pans, this is totally worth it and it should last a long long time under moderate use.

I was looking for an affordable and durable new cake pan. I found this brand and liked that it is made in the USA. So, I decided to order it. When arrived it was wrapped in plastic with information about the pan. It is a very sturdy pan and appears to be made well. My first use was a success. I tried a new olive oil cake recipe, lightly greased the pan with olive oil and cake popped right out. In my experience with the pan, it tends to cook slightly faster, so make sure you watch the cake so it does not overcook. The pan cleans easily and looks exactly as it appears. Note the cake will have the lines from the bottom of the pan, however if covering with frosting you will not notice. But if without frosting - just something to be aware of. Overall worked great for my needs.

While these are on the pricey side for a baking pan, the difference is truely worth it. My cakes bake perfect and come out of the pan with ease. These are the only pans I will ever use. Very durable and easy to clean.

This pan is excellent. It did exactly what a product like this is supposed to do — as promised. The build quality is solid, the nonstick coating releases perfectly, and the cake baked evenly with no sticking or warping. It’s clear this is a well‑made, reliable pan.

Like everything about these. Heavy, bales evenly, clean up is easy, though my personal preference is for hand washing. Absolutely worth the price and then some, these will last the rest of my life, and surely my son's as well.

These are good solid pans that mostly deliver on its expectations. I can't find any better, although that doesn't mean these USA pans couldn't be improved. They actually ought to be for the prices. There's the problem of the open lip around the exterior, that some have already mentioned. Water can get trapped inside and cause the pans to rust on their exteriors. Not pleasant and easily rectified if the manufacturer will make a change to the pans' design. One way around that problem is to carefully wash and rinse the insides of the pans while keeping the outsides dry. It's not too much of a pita. Second problem is the stamp in the bottom middle of the pans. This has created a place for food to stick to, like chocolate cake that you've just baked and would rather came out of the pan cleanly. I like the weight of these pans, as well as the superior non-stick performance. Also like that they've been made in the US. Will update my rating to five stars when the design flaws have been addressed.

The pans are really solid. Heavy and thick. Cakes baked to perfection and it’s non stick! Just need a bottom baking sheet and you’re good to go!

USA pans are great. There is no sticking and very easy to clean. Ovens differ. Used a lower temperature and time and cake came out perfect.

This is a heavy and super sturdy pan. Arrived in good condition without any scratches.

I was initially skeptical to buy, because it is an imported product. And there could be quality issues or fake product, but it certainly isn't. And got genuine new product in good packaging and good condition. Thumbs up to seller for providing products that are not available in india at reasonable price. The pan is sturdy. Will last for a long time. If you are looking for quality and sturdy pan, then you can buy it, better than cheaper alternatives around rs 500. I bought it for rs1050.
