Absolutely brilliant, tough pencil that’s easy to sharpen. The carrier means that it stays conveniently close to hand when working.The design has even meant that I could build some marker gauges to to draw lines at a fix distance from a straight edge. Would 100% definitely buy again if I lost it.

Best mechanical builders pencil I've ever used, I've had all the different makes and this one works the best and by far has lasted the longest, buy the genuine refill lead as well because its stronger than the others doesn't brake as easily when the pencil is dropped

These are absolutely brilliant. You always know where your pencil is because of the “holster” to pop it in - it clips nicely on a pocket. The added benefit of a built in sharpener is the cherry on top!!

high quality pencil. I wish they had different colors to match the graphite. im using all 3 colours red,yellow and grey and pen is available in red only. hopefully manifacturer will read this and make more body colours available.

Essential piece of kit for the professional or DIY carpenter. The holder is well designed and hooks the pencil securely when not in use. The pencil can be used while in the holder if required. Really handy to have a robust pencil fit marking through deep holes.

I was unsure if this was a good thing to buy but I shouldn’t have worried because this pencil is superb! It elongates , it is sharp and there is a built in sharpener if it starts becoming blunt. You won’t want another pencil for diy or professional work. I highly recommend this pencil.

So far, so good! I really like this Hultafors model over the Pica and Ox and Klein and all the knockoffs. Haven't tried the new Milwaukee yet but it doesn't look compelling. I don't use this like jobsite-daily but I've used it a lot over the last year, no issues or complaints at all. The sharpener works well and hasn't ever fallen out or looks like it would. Leads are pretty good quality. I might change the holster clip a little to work better with pants and apron pocket but it works really well on pouches and thicker material - very good grip with the teeth.I use a variety of pens and pencils on projects and the 2mm Staedler get the most use since I have several loaded with hard and soft lead, red, yellow, white. Those lack an on board sharpener and the nose tips are not nearly as durable as these carpentry pencils. The Uni Field mechanical pencil is excellent, too...not a lead holder but a good mechanical pencil, sharpener on the cap...plastic body.This Hultafors is a nice unit and the holster is great to have. If the mechanism craps out someday I'll buy another. I've got chisels, bars, and tool bags from Hultafors and they are all just excellent quality.

Nice pencil. However its holster clip broke off within a few days of light use on the job site.I’ve owned a few mechanical pencils from other brands over the years and have never experienced this issue.Hope the pencil itself holds up better, time will tell.

Un modèle design et réfléchi hyper pratique , la partie pour tailler la mine est super pratique ne peux pas se boucher , l’étui est bien étudié, même si l’on l’écrase par mégarde il ne casse pas , du solide , du beau , du pratique , un produit parfait et rouge pour pas l’oublie ou le retrouver rapidement…..
