Will it work on an air soft gun?

I would think yes. Also long as the rails are standard size it should work fine.

will this scope fit on a crosman vigilante 357 pellet gun

It's a standard dovetail, if that helps?

I just received one but I found the front inner lens is tilted. Is this normal? I think it's assembled not properly.

Yes, it is normal. It has to be mounted at an angle to reflect the dot back into the viewfinder/eyepiece in the rear. Look up diagrams on how red dot optics work.
