I have owned one of these things for almost three years. I have used it consistently both at home and in the field, and it still works as good as the first day I bought it, even after quite a few hard knocks and drops. These are perfect at the picnic table or when you're camping but don't/can't have a fire. I had no idea it was waterproof, maybe that makes for better longevity? I came back here to order some more of these things just in case they disappear. Grabbing a two pack so I can gift one of them. This was one of the first and still perhaps best purchases I ever made in the cool LED light department...Or at least it was the best, I'll update my review if these new ones aren't as good. These look amazing in a box or paper bag or with wood nearby, or in a tent. They have a warmer light then most LEDs with a good charge port and good short- and long-term battery life. It plays nice with other types of LEDs. Some people seem to find it a bit much at the dinner table, particularly the flicker setting, but that is my personal favorite, so, Five Stars!

The battery lasts forever, has lots of selections very bright and you can hang it upside down in your tent! Great for backpacking where fires aren't permitted. Very lightweight.

Just what I needed

The flickering isn't as defined as I thought, but it works great. I have it in a lantern and it's a bit difficult to get to the switch, but overall it's a nice light.

There is no dimmer function for the fist two modes as stated in the product description. The thirst button press brings up the dimmable light, but you CANNOT dim the fire effects mode or the steady light. This light is for my youtube studio and the dimming is for the fire effect to make it look like a candle is not possible.

Picked this up as a mood light for outdoor evenings, and it’s exceeded expectations. The flame effect is convincing without being over-the-top—subtle flicker, warm glow, and no harsh edges. It’s USB rechargeable, which makes it easy to move around without worrying about cables or batteries. I’ve used it on the patio, in the bathroom, and even as a bedside lamp. The dimming function is responsive, and the waterproofing seems solid—survived a light drizzle without issue. Build quality is decent for the price, and the overall look is clean and modern. If you’re after ambient lighting with a bit of character, this is a solid pick.

Genau das was ich gesucht habe! Die Leuchte sieht toll aus - wie echte Flammen. Ich habe explizit nach einer Lampe zum Aufladen per USB gesucht und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Kein nerviges Batterienwechseln und mit einer Aufladung leuchtet die Lampe sehr lange. Sie hat verschiedene Modi - Flammen, Dauerleuchten und langsames An- und Ausgehen. Für mich war nur der Flammenmodus wichtig und der überzeugt mich total. Sie ist nur so groß wie eine Getränkedose aber hat dafür eine super Leuchtkraft. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
