Simple software hack to go from DL3021 -> DL3031A

Great unit if you need a DC electronic load, however save yourself the money, buy the cheapest mode (DL3021), do a quick Google search for the hack on EEVBlog, and mod it to this one (DL3031A) via the free Rigol UltraSigma software and a USB cable!
