I suffer from vestibular migraines: instead of the “normal” migraine headache, I get severe bouts of vertigo, nausea, blurred vision and a lesser headache. “Normal” prescription meds reduce the frequency but not the severity. In desperation one day, I bulk-ordered everything OTC that even mentioned dizziness and worked through them one at a time. And these do help. They don’t eliminate the symptoms but they do a decent job in reducing the vertigo from crippling to bad. I started to give 4 stars but upped the rating to 5 since I’m using them “off label,” lol. They don’t help my nausea or, ironically (since they’re advertised for motion sickness) help me when riding in a car (a big trigger). For nausea, I live on ginger chews and ginger ale. I wish I could wear these 24/7 but they only work for a day or two, then I need to wait a few days before reapplying. I’m sure it’s some weirdness of my chemistry, not the patch! Don’t get me wrong: I am grateful for any relief and these do come through! I like the smell, too: pleasantly woodsy.

Our daughter has suffered from motion-sickness for years, although she was unable to tell us what was happening to her. She would just have these huge tantrums on trips, and we chalked-it up to just being a kid. In the past few years she’s been able to tell us that she gets really bad headaches, so we tried the bracelet methods (more than one kind) and she said it hurt her wrists and we tried Dramamine and Bonnie neither of which helped and seemed to make her feel sick. Riding in the front seat of a car did really help, either. Our road trip involving a 3-hour drive a few months ago was the straw that sort broke the camel’s back and even she had lost faith in the belief that she could overcome this issue. We were wondering with increased concern how she would handle our up-coming trip to Disneyland. I bought these as a last resort and we tried one patch on a recent 40-minute drive to a nearby town; the change was dramatic for all of us. She felt so un-bothered by the motion of the car, that she felt comfortable reading and began taking note of passing sights outside of the car (which she never did before, no matter how we encouraged her); she was immensely relieved! She began using the patch all the time, finding relief from motion-induced headaches, possibly from video games and movies. For the trip to Disneyland, she used one patch on the plane as well as the for the amusement rides and had AMAZING results!!! I had never been one to relish amusement park rides, which often seemed to me akin to some sort of modern day torture, and I was always best off on the merry-go-round or other similar low-level rides, but I took a chance and wore one patch for the rides and had phenomenal results. For our 3-day family trip to Disneyland my daughter and I rode all the rides with the rest of the family, even the Marvel Tower drop and the Incredicoaster (the fastest and most topsy-turvy ride there) and we came off each ride un-phased and perfectly fine; we went on about 30 rides for the entire stay. I even laughed on the rides! Since then, I have also used a patch to get me through a brief rough spot of nausea due to a change in doctor-prescribed medication, and it gave me the relief I needed to carry on as I normally would. I HIGHLY recommend these NON-drug patches. I don’t know why you can only find these on Amazon, no offense, because if you ask at a local pharmacy, they’ll think you’re asking for the doctor-prescribed drug patch; this is not the same product at all. There is nothing to worry about with these patches, as they are just coated in a special mixture of herbs that I believe fools your body through scent to absorb motion differently than you normally would. You can use one or two patches at a time, just so you know, as it just depends on what works for you, and it stays effective for about 3 days while wearing it (after that the scent seems to have disappeared). They last through bathing and swimming, as well. They are easy to carry as that individual packets are practically paper thin, and each contains two patches. The only thing that might bother some people is the scent of the herbs, which smells a bit musty or moldy, but which you adjust to quite quickly, and then don’t notice at all. I really do recommend these patches, as they’ve made a dramatic difference in our family.

I have always suffered from motion sickness and was worried about enjoying a 2 week trip driving through the Rockies. These patches were amazing. I wore one behind each ear, just in case, and never once felt nauseous even with my husband's driving. LOL. I alternated switching them out every 3 days and even showering and washing my hair daily, they never fell off. I read some of the reviews about the smell but I actually liked the smell and it wasn't too strong. It disappeared over time. The 20 count box was more than enough patches for 2 weeks., even wearing two at a time.

Works well for light motion sickness. Sticks well even through showering as long as you don’t rub it. Does not work if you are on a very rocky boat or road with lots of quick turns. Doesn’t cure motion sickness so you have to put it on before you start feeling sick.

Put these on before our cruise changed them after three days stayed put on our ocean excursion and after showers. Does have a menthol type of smell that dissipates. I reapplied a new set after three days out of caution but my husband did not need to. I highly recommend this product. I purchased after I read a review from a mom who’s child stopped getting car sick after using this product.

Let me tell you! The last time I went to Disney, Bonine was my friend. Bonine has always been my friend during travel. It doesn't make me drowsy during the day however it really makes me feel out of it when my day starts winding down. Sleeping is super wonky. TLDR; BUY THESE PATCHES! I used 2 above my belly button and they only left a mark right after removing them. Then they faded. No weird reactions to them (physically, mentally, or emotionally). And I was able to make it through MIssion Space at Epcot without hurling!! BUY THEM! So going to Disney, I was nervous on trying something new. My first test was the Skyline from park to park. Start off somewhere small. I put two just a little above my belly button (made a face like :o with my belly button) about 15 minutes before we left. On the Skyline (like a sky lift from park to park) i felt absolutely NOTHING! It passed test 1. The next test were the rides at Hollywood Studios. I usually get very dizzy and disoriented on rides there because most are 3d-esque rides. But going on the Millennium Falcon, The Rise of the Resistance, Star Tours (maybe you can tell I was enjoying Galaxys Edge?) i felt NOTHING! I felt 100% amazing. It was almost like I never had motion sickness issues ever in my life. I literally felt ..normal. Test 2: Pass... On to Animal Kingdom! One. ride that we rode there was Expedition Everest, which is actually a pretty fun and kinda intense roller coaster (compared to everything else there). Felt a tiny bit winded. But for that roller coaster, I was very impressed. The second ride was Avatar Flight of Passage. I am 110% SO GRATEFUL to have had the patch on because I would not have enjoyed that amazing ride due to the 3d. Walking off that ride, I accepted that these patches were gold. Test 3: Pass .... Last but not least... the Ultimate test, Epcots Mission Space. I figured since I was going to ride this once and only once, I was going to commit to the most intense level of it. I can tell you now, that ride is seriously not for everyone. And I can also tell you, without the patches, I would have probably hurled IN THE RIDE. This ride was so intense that the first couple of minutes I started feeling it. But I focused my eyes on one place, Didn't move my head around, and kept my head against the headrest the whole time. By the end of the ride, I was done! I was able to walk, I didn't throw up, and i had a BLAST! However, my body did not like that nor did the liquids in my eardrums so I actually needed a break after that ride to compose myself. BUT! FINAL TEST? ... PASS! If you're planning on going to Disney World, or on a flight, or to Space... you won't regret purchasing these. I have horrible motion sickness and my laugh will never be the same after having these at my disposal. The world's motion is now mine!

My friend went on a cruise and gets bad motion sickness. She said these worked great for it, they didn’t irritate her skin and helped her not get dizzy on her vacation!

Wore them on a cruise but don’t know if they actually helped or did anything. I was taking other medication as well to help too. I didn’t get sick so that’s a good sign. They stayed on really well for 3 days through sweat, heat, workouts, sun, swimming and showers.

I put the patches on during my cruise and was not sick at all. I will be using them again

I am so grateful for these patches. They are truly Godsend. I was missing out on so much life because of the motion sickness issues. I used these patches along with seabands and ginger root capsules on a 3 week long vacation recently. I frequently travelled by ships, took flights and even long road journeys and for the first time in my life I absolutely enjoyed the entire travelling experience. Earlier I would cancel holiday trips with friends because of all the travelling phobia of motion sickness but not anymore. I prefer putting on the patch 1-2 hours before starting and pop some ginger capsules along with the sea bands. I would get a little paranoid about putting the patch at the right spot but honestly just look at the customer review photos and stick accordingly and you'll be good to go. I can't wait to plan my next vacation which is so unlike me. Definitely recommend these.

Pre-covid my husband, myself and all his family took a cruise and even though I wore seabands, my stomach was no match for the amount of sea water I accidentally swallowed when snorkeling on one of the excursions. As a result, and combined with the waves of the open see just off Mexico, I ended up eating nothing but Granny Smith Apples and crackers for the rest of our last day. When my in laws told us we would all be cruising again this past February (they announced it November of 2022 and we got on the boat February 2023) I decided no way was I going to be sick on a cruise again. My mother in law who is a nurse recommended I ask my doctor for a prescription for the patch and I did, only to discover it's no longer available in Canada as it's no longer approved by the Food And Drug Commission of Canada. After questioning whether I would even want to seek a medical alternative, I stumbled across this product on Amazon. It had good reviews and they provided the list of ingredients (unlike the medicated pad with its long list of unpronouncable names) which were all natural so I ordered a pack. As others on here have stated, what a Godsend! While snorkeling in Aruba I got a mouth full of sea water and figured that was it for me. I had been wearing the patches the whole cruise, replacing them every two days, so the herbs were truly in my system. Not a twinge! Not even a thought of seasickness! As a result, I was able to enjoy all the yummy food on Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas and even over indulged a bit. And not once did I have to lie in the bottom of a boat (like the last time without the patches) groaning and missing out. Thank you to the people who made this product! I recommend it to anyone traveling, especially if they get motion sick. And you really can't beat the price!

Normally I am not a person who would review something easily. But these patches are wonder drugs I mean without any drugs for motion sickness. Tried them On a 10 hour journey on very hostile roads and they worked magic for me. I couldn’t travel before more than 1 hour on good roads also. But this has been a good save for me and for my road journeys. Highly recommend. No side effects

J’utilisais des patch de scopolamine sur prescription dont j’étais très satisfaite pour les voyages en avion. Comme elles ne sont plus disponibles j’ai tenté ma chance avec ce produit et j’ai été très satisfaite. Très peu d’effets secondaires. Environ 15 minutes après l’avoir installé je me sens un peu étourdie mais ça passe rapidement. Je ne ressens aucun symptômes du mal des transports par la suite. Le grand avantage c’est son prix en comparaison avec le produit que j’utilisais avant et le fait de l’installer seulement 30 minutes avant le vol au lieu de 12 heures. Donc vous pouvez profiter de la plage avant votre vol s’il est en fin d’après-midi. Pour moi c’est une belle trouvaille et je le recommande
