I've bought this brand several times with no problems. Taking cinnamon supplements is supposed to help with sugar regulation. I don't have high sugar but lots of people in my family do, so I figure it can't hurt.

Great product!
I have ordered this item numerous times in the past. It has always met my expectations. It does a great job helping me keep my blood sugar numbers in check. But, I have ordered this twice in the last 2 weeks and have not yet received my product. This is NO fault of the merchant or Amazon. My items were quickly shipped as usual. The problem is with USPS. I'm not sure if they have a problem in their shipping process, or an employee with sticky fingers. Anyway I am certain this will be corrected. I will continue to use this product.

Helps with inflammation
I've been using this product to help with arthritic inflammation for several years now. It's been effective for me. At one point I thought I'd save some money and give it up but noticed the difference pretty quickly.
