Phenomenal adds caramel flavor
I thought a video would be helpful but you canโt taste what I taste. So phenomenal yeast it added a caramel aroma to a giant batch of cyser I made but you have to let it age. It was 2 months old without American Oak chips added and had caramel aroma already.

Great product to make your apple or pear ciders. Falls to the bottom of your fermentation vessel when itโs done.

What a difference a yeast makes
Been brewing cider for decades. Used mainly champagne yeast or safale-04. A batch took about two months to ferment before bottling. Using Safcider AB-1, my last batch of pear cider is ready for bottling in 26 days. Checked the gravity and that no bubbles were visible. Ready to go tomorrow!

Best Cider Yeast I've Tried.
I picked up a packed a while ago for somw reason. I ended up with couple extra gallons of TreeTop from my kids birthday party. Decided to pitch it in the plastic bottle. In three weeks... ended up with someone that could pass for a commercial dry cider. Fantastic.
