What is the height of the attachment on the headrest? 1inch? 2inches?

If you mean the little round hook that touches your headrest bars to hold the thing in place, it's just over an inch

Didn’t work on my 2016. Space between posts quarter inch too small.

Will this fit a 2014 Ford f450?

It will fit in the head rest, but if you have the bigger cab, it will still be very far away from the person in the back seat. What I did was buy an extra set and used the pieces to extend it farther.

Can it be adjusted so driver can see it?

If you install in on the front side of the passenger seat you can extend it so the driver should be able to see it.
