Amazing product. Felt a difference the first day.

Best product yet for me dealing with the MTHFR gene variation. Assuming it's the time release but not sure. Take one a day in the morning and it's made a big difference. Tried twice a day but for me didn't feel a difference.

This 60-day supply of bioactive B complex vitamins by PURE LAB reports to be made in Canada and is supposed to be gluten and sugar-free. It is in a capsule format that's about the width of a penny. It is easy to swallow with a gulp of water. I like that it's slow release and am hoping this sustains energy demands through out the day. I am only on day 3 and have not seen significant results to make concrete conclusions. Reading the Supplemental Facts sheet, the % Daily Value numbers are truly impressive. Would recommend adding this to your short list, in you're in the market for B complex, but please do your due diligence on cost per serving. 'hope this review helped you.

These B Vitamins are easy to take and do not have any flavor or scent - this is ideal. The only gauge I have for absorbency is if I notice any excess being released by my body throughout the day. This is the only vitamin I take in the morning, and by afternoon I notice the excess being released. That means it's either too much of the vitamin (okay) or it's not absorbing very well (not okay). Outside of a blood test, no true way to tell, but I don't have any negative side effects which is a win.

If you are going to get a B vitamin complex, you need to make sure the B12 vitamin states it is extracted from methylcobalamine. If you see that it is extracted from cyanocobalamin it cannot be absorbed as easily. This B complex has the better vitamin B extraction. This means the price is higher. This mix is supposed to last for 120 days. For the 40 dollar asking price, that works out to 35 cents a day. This mix has proved to be slow releasing for me. I can tell because the riboflavin is obvious over the day and not just all at once. If you have taken B vitamins before, you know what I mean.

I've been taking B vitamins forever but this slow-release version is a game changer. Instead to taking to I can take 1 and know that it will still be working in the afternoon. This Pure Lab brand B has 500 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin too... probably the most important of all the B's. Pure Lab is a Canadian company. They have great transparency with customer support information available. They also have great information on their site about their owners and the rest of the team that helped build the company and those who are there to provide customer service and support! Love this because it makes me feel I can trust their products and information.
