Is the cigerette come with it

Yes the cigarette is in her mouth it is a fabulous costume I made a mannequin body and used the mask over the head very realistic

Can you cut the back of the mask so it's not so claustrophobic?

This is a face mask. The scarf covers the back of the head. Hope this helps.
