I didn't care for Taylor's English Breakfast but this tea is delish. Great price, great cuppa.

This is a high quality, medium body, moderately floral, modestly caffeinated tea that is made for all day drinking. It has got a good flavor with some subtlety, brews a nice darkish liquor and doesn't have a high caffeine punch. On the latter front, compared to this company's more robust English blend, it seems to be about 2/3's the level of caffeine. For the caffeine sensitive, 4 o'clock or so is a good likely cut off time.This is a daily drinker.

Assam tea is among my favorite teas. It is so rich and malty. This is definitely Assam tea from my experience, but is not particularly high quality. The leaves are pretty broken up. It's not quite dust, but it's definitely not the whole leaves you can find from more premium producers. Therefore, it is a bit more bitter to my taste. A really good Assam is strong but can be smoother than this, and I have even varied my brewing methods to try and get the best brew.I think Positively Tea company is more premium, and their Assam has the TGFOP title which basically means it's higher quality.For the price and compact size, I think it's a pretty good tea. Overall, I enjoy the batches I brew. But it's fun to experiment with other brands in my opinion. I think I will stick with better brands in the future.

This is my favorite loose tea! I am admittedly a tea snob, so prefer loose tea. This is very full bodied and has rich flavor. I use loose tea sachets and you only need one heaping teaspoon of this to get a nice strong cup of tea. Great price also. I highly recommend this product.

This is absolutely the best tea, especially for breakfast. Full, rich and robust either black or with milk and very satisfying and invigorating, while being easy on your morning digestive system.Update: Opened this package and brewed a pot. First of all, the tea looked much more powdery than usual, more like the tea you find in a tea bag rather than the usual loose tea look and it also didn't have the full, bright tea scent. The brewed tea also lacked the flavor richness of what I expected and have been used to in this tea. I have purchased this same tea for years from Amazon and enjoyed its full flavor and aroma, so was quite disappointed with this batch. I will purchase this one more time from Amazon and if I find the same deterioration of quality I will find another source. I am very unhappy at this point.

The tea arrived in an Amazon paper bag. The box containing the tea was completely crushed. Luckily the bag inside that holds the tea was intact. I enjoy this brand and flavor of tea. My only compaint is the package that was used to deliver it.

This is a robust assam tea just like Barry's however the latter is in CTC form, and too malty in aftertaste. After a while, Barry's malt is overpowering and ruins the tea experience. This tea is a basic strong robust assam tea, without that over maltiness. It leaves a clean crisp aftertaste. Same price as Barry's. 1.25tsp / cup. Flavor it like you want. Great price

Ho ricevuto una confezione di produzione gennaio 2017 e scadenza gennaio 2020. Logicamente il risultato dell'infusione è quasi acqua sporca. Nessun aroma. Gusto per niente persistente.. Prezzo elevato considerata la media che si paga presso un negozio fisico. L'ho preso su amazon semplicemente perché non l'ho trovato disponibile presso il rivenditore della mia zona.
