I’ve used this case for over 5 years and it’s not let me down yet. Just this week I dropped my phone from hip height and it took the brunt of the impact and cracked. First time in 5 years I’ve noticed any damage to it! The color is super cute. But it does tend to stain over time where it’s touched the most. And if you use a pop socket, once you remove it there will be a very obvious circle left behind. It’s soft to hold and has a good amount of friction. Doesn’t add too much bulk to the phone either. I would (and probably will) buy another.

I bought a case at the same time I bought my iPhone 17e. That case turned out to be an expensive mistake. Maybe the lighting in the store was brighter than in my home, but for whatever reason, the blue turned out to be darker than I'd thought it was, and I hadn't realized that all four corners of the case were black. The table next to my sofa is dark, so I could NOT see the phone on it, even after repeatedly looking for it there. Then I bought a new bedside clock that charges phone automatically when we just set the phone on top of it, but it overheated my phone very quickly. So I read the instructions for the phone and saw that if our phone case has a "mag-"something feature, the clock will make it overheat and maybe even catch fire. That was the last straw. So I bought this case, which is MUCH cheaper, lighter to carry, better-looking, easier to see, and doesn't make my phone catch on fire. And it works just as well as the expensive, heavy, dark, over-heating case did.

Everything that is good: - The silicone has a nice satin-y finish to it that lets you have a bit of grip on the sides, but lets your fingers glide along the back of the phone. It isn't the same as not using a case, but not a bad feel overall. - The case comes on and off very easily without feeling like anything is getting stressed or bent, but it fits very well and feels secure while its on the phone. - The cut-out at the bottom makes swiping up from the bottom of the screen a non-issue. The tradeoff being the front bottom edge of the phone has no protection whatsoever if it was to hit something just right. Unlikely, but possible. - Good balance between being a reasonably slim case, but feeling like the case provides more protection than the even thinner, rigid polycarbonate cases out there. - Not a fingerprint magnet. Any oily or greasy prints that might get on the case get rubbed off naturally. The case keeps a clean-looking matte finish without any real effort. - I can say that the navy blue color matches the blue iphone 12 mini very well. The not so good: - Magsafe compatibility can't be trusted. Wireless charging seems to work fine. But the magnets on the official Apple magsafe charger I use can only barely hold on through the case. Maybe if a stand or mount was tilted at more than a 45 degree angle, keeping the phone more horizontal than vertical, it might be usable for some people. But anything approaching a 90 degree angle/upright and the phone will either just fall off on its own or will come off with the slightest tap. And this is with the iphone mini, so with any versions of this case for a larger phone and it would likely be even worse. - Fingerprints aren't a problem, but dust potentially could be. In a dusty or unclean environment, or in pockets or bags that aren't kept clean - this thing can get all manner of tiny particles stuck to it pretty easily. Hasn't been an issue for me so far, but could be for other people's use cases. - The parts covering the side buttons are just a thin skin of silicone, so when you press the buttons you still get most of the natural click feedback of the bare buttons. However, the buttons do take a bit more force to push than on other cases I have tried. Nothing crazy, but definitely a more deliberate press to activate the button. All considered, I think this case looks, feels, and functions extremely well given how cheap it is. If you need this case to work with Magsafe look elsewhere. The feel in the hand is subjective, as is the amount of protection it provides, but as someone who prefers using a phone with no case, I don't think this even feels that bad. Not nearly the same as bare glass and metal, but not bad, and comfortable to hold.

This case is not too thin or flimsy, unlike a similar one from another brand that I bought and had to return. Not sure why others have said it attracts lint, because I haven’t found that to be the case at all. I think it has the perfect amount of grippy texture to where it will stay in place if you wanted to lean it up against something upright or on its side without sliding down or having to use a stand (i.e: propping the phone up on a pillow in bed). Definitely effective when it comes to protecting your phone! I tripped not too long ago, and instinctively let go of the phone so I could use my hands to break my fall instead. My phone went flying and survived being dropped on asphalt with no damage whatsoever! It did start falling apart recently, on the inside on the bottom where it curves around the screen. But I’ve had it since 2021, so I’d say it’s pretty durable! I adore the neon pink color, which didn’t fade or bleed at all and def makes it easier to find. Can’t wait to get my new case!
