Leick Home Teegan Console Table, 30", Chocolate Oak

This is a well-made table that looks good against my window and comes about even with the sill. I'm using the table for some large plants. The color in the listing is accurate and is a reddish stained oak. The construction is solid oak where it matters (top, legs, drawer fronts). Other parts are veneered plywood (parts of the top section) or veneered mahogany (lower shelf). Table came packed well in four sections (top with drawers, bottom shelf, and two sides), but in lots of Styrofoam. Assembly was very easy. I suggest leaving the screws slightly loose until setting the table upright on a flat surface before fully tightening. This helps the table to sit flat but I still had to remove one nail-in plastic foot and add a thin washer over the nail so it wouldn't wobble. Putting weight on the table also helps. I am very pleased with this table and the value seems great, although not made in USA.

Excellent quality, well built easy to assemble

This is a sturdy product with solid wood legs and wood, not particle/veneer, construction. It will easily support the weight of a large TV. Mine is a 55-inch diagonal and it just barely fits on the table top, so measure-measure-measure-! It is nicely finished and comes with the carcass already assembled. All you have to do is put on the legs and bottom shelf. It's one of those that uses screws and Allen keys. You can assemble it with what comes in the box, no extra tools required in less than an hour. The only reason that I gave it 4 overall stars was because whoever assembled the carcass put the drawers in backwards (left one on the right side and right one on the left) and I just haven't had the time to figure out how to release the drawers from the drawer slides to sort them out. Good value for money. An 8-year-old could put it together with no help.

This is a beautiful table that is easy to assemble. The construction is very solid. Once assembled, you would never know that it was delivered in pieces. It looks like a fine piece of furniture. We use it as a TV stand and appreciate that it is narrow and fits our space well.

I first purchased a mission end table from this company. I was so impressed that I bought their mission side table. And I was so impressed again with how attractive and durable both pieces were that I bought a companion, additional end table for a high back chair. Many of us may remember buying “college furniture“. If it wasn’t secondhand, it was something from Walmart that lasted till about halfway through the first party we threw. How times have changed. Sure, admittedly, the prices are a bit higher. But we’re talking 20-year durability and a premier fit and finish. Assembled rigidity and “stance” that rivals handmade and takes10 minutes. These pieces from Leick are rock solid. I appreciate fine craftsmanship, having commissioned a houseful of Amish hand-made cherry and quarter-sawn red oak furniture finished in a beeswax rub. Multiple life-time “family” pieces. The Leick pieces purchased at least superficially are impressive (they’ve received compliments) and at the price point, I have yet to find higher quality goods. IKEA pails. “Strongest recommend.”

I wanted a table with drawers for a small area in my bedroom that couldn’t accommodate a large bureau. This is perfect. I already had the nightstand and was really surprised to find that this table was a part of that same set/maker. They go together perfectly and was a breeze to assemble. It’s a very sturdy solid wood and a beautiful color. Great purchase!!

I ordered the 2 drawer style in Desert Sand and it's essentially the "Honey Oak" color that is super dated and widely disliked now. The listing photos have some color variation between them but they all make it look like a neutral tone. It is WARM. None of the photos show it as orange as it really is. In my photo you can see it next to a bamboo shelf which has truly neutral undertones. I planned to replace the drawer pulls with something more fun, but they are a two-hole style with 1" hole distance and it turns out that is an extremely hard measurement to find, so it's not that easy to replace the knobs without drilling new holes. Mine also has two marks on the front that more than wood grain seem like spots or stains on the wood. Good things: it was easy to put together, seems sturdy, and is stable on my slightly uneven laminate floor.

Very nice table that fits narrow space since it is only 11 inches in depth. My entry hall is very narrow, so this fits perfectly. The wood quality is very nice. Solid wood for the legs, top and lower shelf and drawers. The sides look like press wood. The unit says "Made in China", but it still a nice unit as the product is well built and the wood grain comes out nicely through the dark chocolate stain. Easy to assemble. You only need to install the legs and the bottom shelf. I truly recommend this piece of furniture.

The table arrived as expected, no shipping issues. The table wassuper easy to put together and required no additional tools - like Ikea furniture but ever easier. My only complaint is that the colour of the table is darker than in the pictures and that I was hoping it would be a little lighter. Other than that I am super happy with the purchase!
