Bought this thinking it's a hand sanitizer. But, now I'm confused, is it a cologne?

It is a cologne - which has 80 % alcohol. We use it ALL The time. Actually during the pandemic I purchased many bottles & gave it to my neighbors and friends. Use it like a hand sanitizer. Fresh lemon flavor and dissipates within minutes.
