I missed the fact that this keyholder does not screw to the wall, but uses a strong adhesive pad that completely covers the rear of the unit. This gave me some hesitation upon receiving it. After following the instructions to mount and then hanging nothing on it for 24 hours, I feel confident that this will securely hold my significant quantity of keys and maybe even a couple umbrellas. It looks very nice next to my stainless steel fridge and the quality/price seem pretty good. Note the wide hooks if you plan on putting very small keyrings on this rack. UPDATE: I'm still a fan of the product overall but the umbrellas proved too much and the unit fell off of a painted wall. You might get away with it if adhering to tile, but you may consider a model that mounts with screws if you need more capacity than a few keyrings.

This is the perfect little key holder. I keep buying it every time I move into a new place because I haven't found another that I like more. It looks very sleek with the brushed aluminum finish, it's small so it fits on any little tidbit of wall, an it holds your keys perfectly. I even clip my dog leash on it. It's elegant and non-obtrusive. And the sticky backing stays on till you move out of your home (oh - don't expect to reuse this unless you buy your own sticky backing for your next place - I clearly just keep buying more of these since they're so cheap). Love this thing and will keep buying it for every new house I occupy (which is unfortunately a lot :( )

Please note, this is for the KEY RACK. InterDesign sells 8 totally different products here under the same listing. Most people don't notice that so the reviews from those products are all jumbled together, making the rating process meaningless. With over 300 reviews of products that have no relationship to each other mixed together it is virtually impossible to get any useful information about a specific product. It seems most of the reviews are for towel bars. However, I am NOT reviewing the company's lack of understanding how to sell on Amazon; my review is strictly based on the key rack that I own. Unfortunately Amazon shipped this together with a DVD in a thin manila envelope (no padding) and the key rack I received was dented. It's not worth returning and I already rated the packaging in the appropriate place so that won't take away any stars. So what about the product itself? It is definitely one heavy-duty key rack! And attractive as well. It goes very well in our kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are a couple of things that are important to know before buying this key rack: 1. The hooks are wide and flat. They work great for keys that are on a key ring but will not work for individual keys because the hooks are much too fat to fit into the holes of most keys. 2. The adhesive is ridiculously strong. I was trying to use a level to mount the key rack straight and as soon as the adhesive touched the wall it was attracted like a magnet. It was impossible to move. I don't think there is any fear that this key rack will ever fall off the wall. I'm very pleased with this key rack. The wide hooks make it easy to place the keys on the rack by touch rather than looking. The entire unit is no larger than it needs to be and looks attractive.

this is fairly small...but it is super easy to hang (like a Command hook) and I do not worry it will fall off. I have 3 leashes (2 chihuahua, one regular sized leash) and 2 sets of keys on there. The brushes stainless steel is a nice finish...does not look cheap. I am not skilled at hanging things, so this really made it easy for me. Highly recommend.

4 hooks self adhesive who could ask for more

I've actually purchased two of these great key holders now! The adhesive is so strong that I just left it on the wall when I moved and got another one rather than rip the paint off the wall. I smack this up next to my door right over my light switch, and it really helps us keep our keys organized and handy on the way out. I never lose my keys anymore!

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. I needed a key rack for the kitchen, and it's perfect! It is self-adhesive; however, if you follow the directions, use rubbing alcohol to clean your wall (alcohol dries a lot faster) your key rack will last a long, long, long time...I've had it up on my wall for three months now, and have not had one issue with it. It still feels extremely snug on my wall. I also have very heavy keys, and my husband's are even heavier. So, we have put this key rack to the test, and it has not failed us, and I highly doubt it will fail us. It's sleek, it's sexy, and it stays put. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a key rack.

We bought this key rack to stick right inside the garage door. The tape on the back (it's the foam type, and pretty much the same size as the top oval portion) holds well. At this point we haven't put anything heavier than a few key chains/keys on it, but really, that's all we bought it for and I think it will hold up for quite a while. :)
