My daughter loved it so that she could do skills in her room during the winter and not outside obviously. But it does slide just a little bit.

I use this on my basement cement floor for core work and it's great. It's quite firm support, but it seems really well made and I expect it to last quite a long time. The color is really pretty, and it folds up easily so you can lean it against the wall until it's time to use it again. I would purchase again, maybe a softer version for what I'm using it for.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Exercise Mat! My daughter is a budding gymnast and loves practicing handstands and cartwheels on it. The 6’x2’ size provides ample space for her to move around, and the thick material offers excellent shock absorption. I was impressed that despite buying a used product, it looks brand new - a testament to its quality and the previous owner's care. The carrying handles make it easy to transport and store. Niece has used it for months now. Decent. I wouldn't do anything too extreme on it but great for somersaults/practicing balance etc. Has held up fine. Easy to move and lift

This mat is quite firm. I was hoping for a bit softer, BUT it will likely soften with use I'm guessing. I laid on it as soon as I got it, and at 5'6.75", it fits comfortably! The main reason I got this mat is to do floor exercises, but be able to get up OFF the floor without hurting my already damaged knees (I have fallen onto my knees twice in three months, and they both are still recovering). This mat does the trick! My knees don't hurt just getting up. It was the first time in several months that I've been able to get off the floor without pain or help. Color is true to picture. Very nice. There isn't any grippy material on this mat at all. I hope that isn't going to be an issue for me, but if it is, I'll be able to figure out something myself I'm sure.

Light-weight, carry-handles, good color, no scent, great firmness, only it's a tiny bit softer than gym-tiles, so good exercise for feet if doing one-footed yoga poses. I use my grounding mat on it, & as a sun-mat, & even sleep on it when my back & hips need 'firm.' Thanks for a great product !

Definitely a 5 star review because when I tell you that my daughter loves it, I mean it!!!! She uses it everyday to do flips and tricks on. It is so soft and is good quality! It also folds up so you can tuck it just about anywhere! Great purchase! Highly recommend!

Matelas très bien pour le sport, environ 3 cm d'épaisseur et suffisamment dur mais légèrement mou pour ne pas se faire mal au genoux par exemple. Se plis en 3, possède deux lanières pour le transport. Impeccable reçu rapidement.

Really good for my kids

My 7 year old daughter has been desperately trying to practise cartwheels but didn’t have the confidence on grass or carpet incase she came down too hard so we brought her this and she’s now come so much further! She loves it. It folds up for storage and isn’t too heavy for her to get out herself. She even lays on it to watch tv ! Worth the money.

Belle qualité pour ce tapis de gym, installé au pied du lit de ma fille pour pallier aux risques de chute nocturne et il est nickel. Beau violet, la couleur correspond totalement et il est robuste bien que malmené par ma fille depuis plus d'un an, il n'a pas bougé.
