Q. What exactly is the "Easy One Touch" mechanism?

A. It is our patented feature that allows you to lock and release your smartphone in seconds with a quick, simple, one-handed motion. It makes mounting your phone while driving incredibly safe and convenient.

Q: Will it fit my large smartphone or thick case?

A: Yes, the iOttie Easy One Touch 4 Dashboard & Windshield Mount can hold large phones. It's designed to accommodate phones from 2.3" to 3.5" in width, which covers most modern smartphones including large models like the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Q: Is the Suction Cup Reusable?

A: Yes, the suction cup is reusable. According to the product details, the suction cup can be restored by simply rinsing it under warm water and air drying. This makes it convenient if you need to move the mount between vehicles or reposition it.

Q: What should I check before buying?

A: Works best on flat windshields and fits most phones and cases (2.3"–3.5" wide). Textured or curved dashboards may reduce suction reliability, and heat exposure in hot vehicles can weaken both adhesion and suction over time.

My product stopped working shortly after I purchased it. What is your product protection and return policy?

We've got you covered! Our 2-Year Protection Plan covers products that arrive damaged, have a manufacturer's defect, or fail under normal use.
