Is this two-way radio battery compatible with my radio model?

Hello! Please check the compatible models listed on the product page. If your radio model is not mentioned, feel free to contact , and we'd be happy to assist you.

new battery before its first use. Fully charge (for more than 12 hours) and discharge (below 10%) the battery 3-5 times to achieve the maximum rated capacity.

Can I keep the battery on the charger continuously?

Please don't use the charger as a stand (turn off the radio while charging). Continuous charging reduces the battery's charging capacity and causes it to heat up, shortening its lifespan.

How should I store the battery if I don't use it for an extended period?

Remove it from your radio, and store it in a cool, dry anti-static bag.Charge it monthly, keep the charge level above 50%, If storing a charged battery for two months or longer, recharge it before use.
