LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Raspberry Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

I’ve purchased LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix at least ten times, and it’s transformed how I stay hydrated! As someone who struggled to drink enough water, LMNT’s tasty raspberry flavor (my absolute favorite) made me ditch sugary sodas, sparkling drinks, and coconut water for good. Each packet contains sodium, potassium, and magnesium, delivering noticeable benefits like increased energy and fewer muscle cramps after just a week of daily use. I mix one packet into 16 oz of ice water for a refreshing, clump-free drink that’s perfect for mornings or post-workout hydration. The individual packets are super convenient for travel or on-the-go use. I started with the sample pack to try different flavors—raspberry and citrus were hits, but I found the unflavored too salty and the chocolate odd for a drink. At first, I hesitated at the price, but the health benefits and convenience make it worth every penny. My husband, parents, and several family members are now hooked too! If you’re looking for a low-sugar, effective way to boost hydration, I highly recommend giving LMNT a try—start with the sample pack to find your favorite flavor.

I love these electrolytes and have reordered them many times. I tend to have low sodium, and these have been a great way for me to supplement my sodium intake when needed. The raspberry salt flavor tastes great, and the quality has been extremely consistent from box to box. They are definitely on the pricey side, which is probably my only complaint, but I keep buying them because they work well for me and I genuinely enjoy drinking them. Great taste, reliable quality, and one of those products I always make sure I have on hand.

I'm a house call/mobile vet and i work outside a lot in this heat. I can tell a big difference after drinking LMNT. It has a great flavor and dissolves easily in water. Sometimes when I get stressed over work/house calls, i tend to stress eat; LMNT helps me not overeat/stress eat. It is great stuff and I recommend it highly.

Tastes good as long as you're expecting salty and not sweet. Definitely helps with hydration. A key supply for outdoor activities, as dehydration is often accompanied by hyponatremia, and this will really help with retaining the water without being full of sugar.

Best tasting electrolytes around. For someone who sweats a ton its the only thing that prevents cramping after my workouts. Always put it in 36 oz container to make it a little lighter on flavor and I literally wake up craving it. Only small downside is the how expensive it is. I do give the company credit though because they publish all the recipes online. We tried making them ourselves at home and for anything unflavored we still do but we just cant seem to get the raspberry taste the same so we will be buying this flavor for the foreseeable future

We absolutely loved these! They are a great “pick me up.” And they taste so good. They may taste a little salty at first. However, I think the Raspberry is our favorite flavor. I also recommend the lemonade.

It took forever to actually be shipped to me, but this is my favorite flavor!!

This stuff is a game-changer! The raspberry flavor is refreshing and not overpowering, and I love that there's zero sugar — no crash, no junk, just clean hydration. I've been using it during workouts and on busy days when I need a boost, and the difference in my energy and focus is noticeable.

Le parfum est excellent et le produit efficace

Muy ricos de sabor e hidratan muy bien para el ejercicio

Great product after my tough workouts!

The best, little on ££££ side , however worth it

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months and I’ve tried a few electrolyte options to flavour my water. I’ve heard about this product, but was put off initially by the high price. However, having taken the plunge, I can say that it’s the best there is. The taste is just on point and delivers the much needed electrolytes perfectly. Keen to try some of the other flavour options now.
