My head circumference is 24.5 inches. 63 cm ( 7 7/8 ) what size should i buy?

There's a size chart on the website. You fall into the range of 7 3/8 to 8 hat size and 23.1 - 25 inches head circumference, so you'd need to order a brand size XX-Large. Hope it helps as they're great hats.
