Absolutely terrible! I am a college student and purchased this book for school, it is $94.99, and I cannot access it any form on any platform that I have downloaded and I cannot transfer it to another account and it is available on the kindle app even though it told me I could access it through there when I tried to open the book on the kindle website. If you have a windows computer DO NOT purchase this book you are wasting your money.

This Book Should Be Titled "How To Bore Yourself to Sleep"
I buy several textbooks from Amazon for my classes usually because school bookstores will rip you off coming and going. This book was no different. Honestly, I didn't need it at all. Everything in it can be discovered on a scholarly search engine. The writing isn't particularly good, and nothing here is anything you can't find for free. Thank goodness it was cheap. (I got it just in case.)

Accessibility feature Text to Speak Disabled on Kindle version
Not only is text to speech disabled on the kindle version, but this textbook was digitized in a way that my phone's built in accessibility feature that reads phone text displays can't read. If you need text to speak, find this book another way as the kindle version is worthless for the vision impaired.

Up to date, a great resource
Love the book but I do wish that the print was larger. As a big book I tend to lay it on the table ri read as it’s a bit floppy and big to hold. Laying the book down means the print is fiercer away so if the font was bigger that would make it more enjoyable to read and less of a strain on the eyes. Still a reasonable size overall.

Marketers’ Must Have
This is a very helpful book for marketers. Especially when I didn’t major in marketing in Uni. As a media graduated marketer, I found this book very informative and easy to digest. I read it on kindle app so I can mark all the useful sentences.
