This item was very disappointing in my experience. I used it exactly as directed and found that it removed very little hair, aside from very fine hair. It was not effective on anything remotely coarse despite being advertised accordingly. More concerning, I also experienced a noticeable burning sensation during use. After using it on the face as directed, it caused significant skin irritation around the upper lip area despite avoiding direct lip contact. The product is also marketed as suitable for sensitive skin and includes facial-use imagery, which made this result especially frustrating. I’ve used other depilatory creams successfully before, so this isn’t my first experience with this type of product. In my case, this item was both ineffective and irritating to the skin, which makes it difficult to recommend.

For the first use, I was very careful. I did the small patch with no issues. I haven't shaved the areas I applied it to in a few months and was careful to avoid my sensitive areas. It got a lot of the hair, but I still had a few patches. The second use I went full send. It got all my body hair, everywhere, on the second pass, but burned my nips like I raw-dogged a marathon in a burlap shirt. I will be applying vaseline to those in the future. Other than that, no negative reactions, even in the ol' crack & taint. It does smell very similar to the more famous razorless shave creams out there, maybe a little better, but it definitely worked better and faster than the other stuff I've tried. Smooth like Free Willy now. Sensational.

I've tried the powder that you have to mix yourself, but I always ended up burning myself. I wanted to give this one a shot because I never felt confident that I was mixing it correctly. I can tell that this cream is going to work, but the first couple of tries hasn't been perfect. The first time, I left it on my chin for 4 minutes and it didn't do anything. I waited before trying again and let my hair get a bit longer. I left it on for twice as long and it took 50% off. The leftover hair was really short stubble. I really think the hair needs to be a good length for it to work well because it took my mustache hairs easily. I'm not giving up and I'm going to try again when the hair gets longer. I do recommend putting some kind of soothing gel after to prevent burning. I used my eos shave gel and it soothed my angry skin very well.

Will definitely be buying this again and recommending to my friends! Works way better than shaving and in the sensitive areas it is amazing! Won’t go back to shaving my public area ever again! Definitely will stay using this

Worked as described. 7 minutes and it removed the few dark hairs on my chin. I completed it Tuesday morning and do not feel a need to repeat at this time.

I don't know why this product has so many low reviews...I have very sensitive skin, and I have no issues with this product, different time limits to keeping the cream on will work for different people, 4 minutes didn't work for me, how I use it: after applying the cream, I wash my hands then start the timer for 7 minutes, I found this time to be the sweet spot for me...find yours. If the product don't work for you, it doesn't mean it's a bad product, it's just not for you, try another one, too many low reviews for stupid reasons.
