Verify that the siphon tube is fully submerged in the media container and that all connections are air-tight. Check for cracks or blockages in the siphon hose.

Very little or inconsistent media feed

Ensure proper air pressure from your compressor. Some users report the gun works better at higher PSI settings. Also confirm the ceramic nozzle isn't clogged.

Media won't feed at all

Test with a different media type (customers report some media like glass beads work better than others). Check that the metering valve inside the gun isn't stuck or restricted.

What PSI should I use?

Start Low: Begin around 60 PSI and gradually increase until you get consistent media flow. Compressor Size: Make sure your air compressor can deliver sustained CFM at your chosen PSI—inconsistent pressure causes poor media feed.

How do I adjust the pressure?

Foot Pedal Valve – The pedal acts as your main control, allowing you to regulate media flow by how much you depress it. Air Supply Pressure – You can adjust the air compressor pressure at the source to control overall blasting intensity.
