I’ve been searching for a good pillow as i’m someone who’s neck always hurts or is stiff, and these check all of the boxes. they are soft and fluffy but not to the point they will go flat. they are not very firm but they keep their shape and form around where your head lays. i recommend to anyone!

I have had these pillows for a while now and am impressed with the quality and how they have held their shape for so long. The cooling part of it works for a moment but I find you need to keep moving your face on the pillow to find a cool spot, in all fairness I'm not sure how else that would work anyway. The pillow itself is a medium support so great for side sleepers and tummy sleepers as it keeps your head aligned better with your spine. Not super stiff but not super soft.

These pillows are soft and somewhat fluffy but I cannot sleep with two below my head like I usually would with any other pillow because they are slightly hard.

I absolutely love these pillows! They are much firmer than other pillows I've purchased from local stores, and they haven't gone flat nearly as quickly. They arrived vacuum-sealed in an airtight package and expanded to their full size within a short time after opening. They hold their shape well while still being soft and moldable enough to get comfortable without losing their support. I've been very impressed with the quality, and they've made a noticeable difference in how well I sleep. I would definitely purchase them again.

When the pillows arrived, I saw one box and four pillows fit in that one box. The package was very well cared for. The pillows were not too firm and not too soft. I purchased all sets for my family. They all loved them. The material was clean and soft. The comfort was like ZZZZZZ ready. I am always having issues with the comfort. I found what I was needing for my sleep. This was not hotel pillows. These were Queen Friendly.

Ultimate comfort pillow. I will never buy another brand again. I've tossed out all my old pillows and am thrilled to have found these. I stayed at a VRBO and slept so well but didn't think at the time about the pillows being the difference. We went back a month or so later and stayed again and realized it was the pillows that made all the difference in the world with my neck and shoulder pain. On my last day there, I stripped the pillow case and pillow protector to find Utopia brand. I took photos of the tags and started the search. They came all smushed and rolled and suctioned down. Unrolling and fluffing was a very easy process. I think I did so at 10AM. I was able to sleep on them that night and slept like I was back at the VRBO. Next step: I'm going to splurge on the sheets and possibly the comforter. Have since learned that my grandchildren have Utopia comforters and that's good to know - they're tough enough to withstand toddlers for bedding.

Updating my review form 1 star to 5. Yes, one individual pillow is flat, but I bought a big kind size pillow case that's able to house both pillows in it and I can say I now feel better about having an elevated head. I don't wake up with migraines or neck pain anymore.
