These work AMAZING as an appetite suppressant. I take one in the morning right after waking up and then another in the evening on days when I know I'm going to be up late and don't want to be snacking late at night. Example: today I woke up at 11, did 40 minutes of exercise videos (just at-home pilates, nothing super crazy intense), and it is 4pm and I am just now starting to feel hungry. Gave 4 stars as I haven't felt an impact on mood, anxiety, and concentration which are other advertised benefits but I was primarily looking for an appetite suppressor for weight loss anyways so I am very pleased. I've seen others in the reviews saying it didn't work for them so just as a reference I am a 5'6 bmi ~20 female (18), if you are in the general female young adult demographic I'd recommend.

I have not been taking this product long, so I can't say that I've lost weight. I can say that I noticed I am not as hungry any more and when I do eat , I get fuller faster. So finger crossed this continues to work. As far as anxiety I think that will take some time to see results. Pill isn't super big, but not really tiny either, there is no taste and it's only 2 per day. I take one pill in the morning on an empty stomach and I have not noticed nasuea or jittery feelings so that's a plus.

Very well, I take it in the morning and it keeps me calm the desire to eat and the appetite, so managing to calm the desire to eat every minute and the age of chewing, without normal size, does not create any adverse reaction, does not give stomach pain, nor nausea, it is very good quality, so I control obesity much more.

I've been taking saffron capsules since 2020- same strength but a different brand. Occasionally they go on backorder and I order another companies just to get me through until my usual becomes available again. Now, I don't know what *else* is in here- but it made me feel...not all there. I'm 38, healthy, active, social, work full time, and I read 100 books a year. This made me pause mid-sentence to try to recall basic words. My ability to multitask at work greatly declined. My focus, and memory (I had to start making lists and add everything into my calender all the time) were greatly effected. It was like 2 months of feeling like this and I didn't know what it was. So I stopped taking everything - even my multivitamins and threw these away. After a week I started to feel clearer, but after 2 weeks I felt depressed. Because I was feeling as stressed out as I was during the early days of the pandemic- I went ahead and ordered a bottle of my old brand again. Funny thing happened- I started to feel like myself again. My mood balanced out as my word recollection, multitasking, and focus continued to strengthen. I don't know if it was a bad batch- or wtf -but I'll never ever buy these again. I'm sorry.

Today is my second day taking this supplement. I feel extremely calm and self aware, my cravings and appetite have subsided but are not completely gone. All of that without an elevated heart rate or any bad side effects. Just the perfect amount and it is a small capsule so it is not hard to take.

The last time I purchased this saffron brand, it was in a purple bottle and they worked miracles for me. I’m not sure whether the formula has changed or why the label changed to this black label, but I’m hoping they still work the same. I would take them as needed when I was feeling anxious about something, and I would only take one, usually in the morning. They would calm me, give me energy and allow me to focus within about 30 mins of taking them. HOWEVER, I did notice that if I took them for more than about 3 days in a row, they would actually make me feel more anxious. I did not lose weight with them, but I did notice that they curbed my appetite. I think it really depends on your body’s needs as to whether they will work for you bc I tried a different brand with higher ratings, and they made me so jumpy and unfocused that I just tried them twice and stopped. Hope these work for you.
