Alen air purfiers are amazing and these filters work great as replacements.
Can't say enough good things about these air purifiers and the filters are super easy to change etc. - if you keep up with a regular rinse of the pre-filter - you can get a year out of the full filter.

Good quality but overpriced
This is as advertised and of good quality. Pre-filter is easily removed for cleaning. Fit in device is very exact so no leakage. Price is high however. Should last at least 9 months.

An excellent filter for your air purifier -- highly recommended
Be aware that Alen sells three different versions of this filter. Which you choose will depend upon whether and how much you need to get rid of tobacco smoke and smell. Alen has excellent consumer telephone support.
