Packaging is very poor and this makita df0300 is used one. Drill is very good. Buy it

box didnot have seal but else it was a brand new product inside.. came with 1 two sided bit (flat and Philips) my first electric driver, hence don't have comparison knowledge but the product is premium quality ! feels strong and sturdy ! hope it will last long should have provided carry case that is why given 1 star less, else top class product !

This product is very good work. First working screw tight.

Its a good product for home use. The speed control is really good. Feels great in your hand, the weight distribution is very good. Its not meant for heavy duty uses like lot of concrete drilling, although for once in a while it works well when paired with a masonry bit.

I decided to move from cordless to corded for several reason and hence l decided to pick two of these. I picked one last year and this is the second one. I would say, could not have expected anything more from Makita corded electric drill/driver. On the downside, l find it a tad bit heavy, but l got used to it. It's weight becomes advantageous eventually. I really wish Makita had supplied the hook loops along as it's nearly impossible to get them here in India as optional accessories. In all, totally worth it👍

As the model name suggest DF drilling and fastening; it does both the job with ease. Drilling: There is a trick in it; this machine has got a dual sleeve keyless Chuck. Now I must tell the keyed Chucks are far more superior in securing round shank drill bits. So to get the drilling job done in hard materials you need to have some drill bits with hex shank or drill bits with 3 slots/flat surface in its shank. Driving/fastening: Screw driving with this machine is breeze. It is helpful in many ways, it reduces effort by huge amount apart from that it can reach to the corners or compact areas where hand driving a screw would be much difficult. In addition to that you get 20 clutch settings to restrict the torque to work on different types of materials. The tool may look a bit toyish in the image but its a real heavy compact and suprb built a tool, far more superior compared to other local brands, afterall its "makita"

It's good that a corded version of clutch type drill is available and one need not worry about battery and very useful at workshops and for DIYers. This Drill cannot be used to drill into bricks or concrete walls, for that you need to get Model HP0300, please don't get misleaded since it has a hammer function, it's for drilling screws into wood. HP0300 is advertised as a Hammer Driver Drill which can used on brick wall and sadly it isn't available in Amazon as of writing this review.

The product looks durable I've tried if it's working and it does.. I couldn't give yet a good review as I wasn't able to use it as per to the extent usage. I've been wanting to have this item for home use , I hope it won't disappoint me in the future.

I was always annoyed by my battery-based electric screwdrivers. Frankly saying I don't use screwdriver on a everyday basis, so it's a total waste to keep its battery in the charger all the time. So, every time I needed it, I had to waste time on waiting for it to charge, as it's never ready. In addition, these battery screwdrivers are very weak (from my experience). When I bought this Makita I couldn't stress enough how much it was powerful and convenient. Today I don't need to wait to use it (simply plug it into the outlet and it's ready). Moreover, I never saw any battery screwdriver that could be even half as strong as this pure electric screwdriver. It has different speeds that suit different types of surfaces. This Makita is incredibly convenient.

Haciendo la salvedad de que no tiene percusión, todo lo demás es positivo, facilita el trabajo donde haya que atornillar mucho, o taladrar madera, metal, etc. Al ser por cable, no hay que preocuparse por la batería. Potente, ligero y con tacto muy agradable. Cuando se usa da la impresión de herramienta de calidad.

Une visseuse avec fil , vous pouvez toujours compter dessus pendant de nombreuses heures d'affilées. Ma précédente avait un fil de 6 mètres, cette autonomie est très intéressante. Ici,le fil est trop court. Je vais probablement couper la fiche et souder un câble pour avoir au moins 4 ou 5 mètres. Sinon, le reste est nickel. Les problèmes que vous pouvez avoir avec une visseuse sur accus viennent souvent du chargeur ou de la batterie. Ici ce genre de souci est écarté, vous pourrez la garder de très nombreuses années.
