Outstanding customer service
I received this heavy duty grabber five days ago, and was very impressed. It was sturdy, long enough that I never had to bend over (I’m a week out of spinal surgery), and I loved that it was collapsible. Unfortunately, after four days, it broke. Upon contacting the company, they replied immediately, offering to refund or replace the item, so I’m quite pleased. (Since I loved the design, I chose to replace it, figuring it was just a fluke.) They were also very kind, despite my snarky email. For outstanding customer service and compassion (a rarity nowadays), I’m giving them 5 stars. This company is a pleasure to deal with.

Great and Useful Item for Seniors.
I came back home, this morning and found the package in front of my door. Tried the EZPIK a while ago and it's TERRIFIC! This item has the longest reach I have found to date. I have 11 foot ceiling and it's hard to reach since I can't climb ladders. Now, with ease, I can pull books from my upper shelves, items in my workroom as well as objects fallen on the floor. I'm sure it will be useful in all the rooms in my home. The EZPIK is very light weight, folds very easily in 3 sections and is well made. I already installed it, on a small hook, in the closet in my workroom so it's accessible at all times. Also, it's very affordable. I would highly recommend it for seniors like me who have a hard time with items too high to reach or fallen on the floor.

Great product!
I purchased these 43” grabbers, and found them to be good quality, with a good grip! They are quite effective, and I would buy again!

Fave brand but...
My favourite brand for grabber tools - easiest and comfiest trigger/handle for me, someone who has sensory and pain and weak muscle difficulties. The grabber I had before this had a nice flashlight feature but the big several-ridge/bump "ergonomic" style trigger/handle hurts my hand no matter how I tried to hold it (and is a common style) AND was so much harder to squeeze which also made it hurt worse and caused worse hand fatigue much faster. HUGE improvement with this style and brand. I bought this when I was living in an RV, and unfortunately both this and the other one broke where they fold during that time. One would have been fine if I didn't leave it unfolded in that very shakey and cramped situation I think, and the other, I think the EZPIK, broke pretty quickly when my dad tried to get and something far under my bed. It was incredibly disappointing, but I actually think it was a fluke. They have either improved their design and/or haven't had any issues yet with my new ones cause I'm no longer in an RV. (And will use old one for under bed just in case. 😝) Even with the break, we just taped it up and kept using it luckily and being home bound and in a house not on wheels now, I can more easily just leave them unfolded, which I prefer. I worry a little about potential snaps if they fall in general or from earthquakes but once they're all on hooks that'll be less of a worry. For the one I do leave folded sometimes since it's cramped space, hung by my toilet, I like that the grabber isn't touching the handle when folded up cause I'm germaphobic and use it to pick up trash from floor and push down trash in the cans to make space. It just has to be facing vertically. I never knew how to rotate the claw but kinda sorta figured it out recently -- hold the trigger down then you can move it? Didn't remember that I'd gotten 40 inch one before, have lost that first one. But I want to get another. It may also be more fragile when they are extra long, but the 36" ones have two folds and been working well with no issue. I'm 5'6" (and my parents are shorter and taller than me and all have back pain amongst other things that make it hard to bend) and 36" works pretty well for all of us -- works well for me both sitting and standing, reaching up to high shelves and down to floor (and across the room somewhat but 40+ inch could be more useful for that for even farther range.) I can pick up small bits of debris/trash instead of sweeping or vacuuming or squatting) bending/touching floor which is fantastic. I struggled to pick up a thin cardboard thing but was and to do it when i held down one end with my foot! I can pick up a lot of products in the bathroom and kitchen. I struggle to pick up heavy things with it -- a comfy material over some of the pole would be a nice improvement for when I need to add more support and shift weight with my other hand to get heavier stuff -- and also a lock feature would be incredibly helpful for that and in general. I've only seen lock feature on one brand in here and it can scrape your hand so it looks bad and hope more brands add this feature in the future. And would love if they sold different colours and ones with more coloura instead of mostly silver and black!

Best Grabber I’ve Used — Long, Strong, and Super Convenient
I love this grabber tool. The 43” reach is one of the longest I’ve used, and it makes a huge difference for picking things up without bending or straining. Whether it’s grabbing something off the floor, reaching behind furniture, or getting items from higher shelves, this thing handles it easily. It feels sturdy, the grip is reliable, and it actually picks things up well without slipping. I also like that it collapses, so it’s easy to store when not in use. Overall, this is a very well-designed and practical tool. If you want a longer, more capable grabber that actually works, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

A Modern Day Miracle... My Brother Never Raves Anything — Until This
I bought this for my older brother, who uses a riding lawnmower and likes having one of these grabber tools nearby so he can pick up sticks and branches without constantly getting on and off the mower. Originally, he had one of the really cheap versions. He told me it “folded in half and broke,” and I reminded him it was actually supposed to fold in half. Either way, it clearly wasn’t built very well. So I decided to get him a much nicer one, and the difference was immediate. After using it just once, he said, “Wow, there is absolutely no comparison between this and the cheap one.” He was genuinely impressed by how sturdy, accurate, and easy it was to use. He especially liked that he could pick up even very small sticks with it and still fold it up neatly for storage on the mower. The biggest compliment? My brother is extremely hard to impress, and now he wants several more for his other mowers and equipment. That alone tells me this is an excellent product. Very sturdy, easy to use, durable, and absolutely worth spending a little more money on.

Used lightly but tension cable snapped after ~50 days. [Received full refund after original review]
Edit: [Received an offer for a full refund a few days after original one star review below. Review improved because of refund and I WAS NOT asked to improve this review.] Worked well, while it worked. Bought for 2025 Christmas. Was used lightly an average of twice a day. Typically for raising/lowering a window shade and fetching dog toys off of the ground. On 2/17/2026 it was unfolded and used to lower a window shade. After folding it back up and placing back in storage, suddenly the gripper "hand" became loose. It appears that the tension cable was worn through at one of the hinges (see picture). In my opinion, this was used lightly and in it's intended manner. It's sad that it lasted ~50 days for this price.

Very well made
I had another reacher, but it was so flimsy that it broke within a week. I went looking to buy another one and this one had to be much more sturdy. There are so many out there. This one got good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I was quite thoroughly impressed. First of all, I bought the 40 inch one. It is a bit too long for me, but that is totally my fault. It comes in its own boxed packaging. Everything is attached, but it folds up very neatly so it’s easy to store. You simply take it out of the box and extend it and then lock the segments in place. It is extremely well-made. It is plastic but a very sturdy plastic. The grabber part is also quite sturdy and you can actually pick up things that weigh more than 2 pounds without it bending. I like it a lot. Just wish that I bought a shorter one.

Brilliant until it broke
I have had this for about 6 months and it has been wonderful, definitely worth the slightly more pricey cost. Unfortunately, I have managed to break one of the grabber sides off. I have a feeling it's because once or twice I've leant on it, a bit like a walking stick. I am going to try gluing it, because I don't tend to pick anything really geavy up with it But I am going to buy another, and not be such a silly person with it! It's amazing for closing my curtains from my armchair. I'm disabled, and my curtain rail is really high. So even if i could stand, it's high up anyway, and I'm short. So I use the extra reach of the 40" grabber to be able to pull the curtains at the top and make them fully closed. Sometimes picking things up can be a bit tricky when it comes to putting it into my hand, just because the 40" is slightly too long. I migjt try the 36", so I've still got loads of reach, but have a tiny bit less to argue with when trying to put an item into my hand from it. I would say it definitely holds a lot more weight than my cheaper grabbers. I haven't overly tested it, but I have picked up a full 500ml brown glass liquid medicine bottle with it, and they're pretty heavy and a tricky shape/texture for grip. The grabber "fingers" have lots of grippy bumps. My guinea pigs have munched on them slightly, unfortunately. I do use it to help guide them home/away from wherever they are without having to get down on the floor with them and scoot around. It's also great for helping to clean out their cages as i can reach across to straighten blankets and what not. I find the locks on the folding sections to be very sturdy. I don't tend to fold it up, as I'm using it all the time, but they don't give way like some cheaper ones. It has the changeable angle for the gripper bit, so it can be inline or perpendicular to the handle. The handle is easy to hold (I have fairly small hands), and isn't stiff or difficult in anyway (my hands can be a bit hard to use). I often find myself using this in various places in my house. I have 1 cheap one in my bedroom for my curtains in there, but I will be replacing that, too, eventually. Fully converted tk the EzPick grabbers! Totally worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale.

The ultimate grabber.
Excellent grabber tool. Very well made and built to last. By far the best grabber I've ever owned by a mile.
