Reviews I've read elsewhere complain this one of Sweet Leaf's liquid flavors lists a larger serving amount, so it's more expensive & doesn't last as long as the delicious root beer & other flavors. I've read many reviews agreeing that this Cola flavor takes that double dropper serving to get sweetness & flavor some compare to a combo of Coke, Root Beer, & Cream Soda. CocaCola sells stevia-sweetened Coke to other nations (not US) especially Japan, the world leader of stevia usage, cornering 40% of that nation's sweetening.

What is quilaja extract and why is it in sweetleaf sweet drops?

I don't see this as an ingredient on the cola drops or the flavored drops.

do they use alcohol when making this product?

According to the label, no. It says Purified Water, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Flavors. Now, making extracts, at least making them at home, often requires alcohol, so if that's how they made their Stevia extract, then maybe there's some in there that they don't have to account for legally?
