Star Brite Clear Plastic Restorer

Star Brite has one of the best restoration products for eising glass in my dodger for my boat! It is easy to use, just shake and apply and wipe off. I love this brand as it keeps my eising glass looking new!

Used these on my fiancé's glasses that had a bad haze on them and WOW! Her lenses are like new again! Its almost as if they are new glasses again! Amazing product indeed and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to re-vamp their clouded and hazy plastic lenses or windows! Truly amazing!

I bought this cleaner to remove what appears to be plaque from the outside of our isinglass. It didn’t do the job. It did remove more mild splash marks and the isinglass looked a little more clear, but I would not consider it a restorer.

USED ON JEEP WRANGLER SOFT TOP REAR WINDOW. CLEARED UP WINDOW..OKAY NOY CRSTAL CLEAR BUT IT WAS IN PRETTY ROUGH SHAPE. WOULD RECOMMEND JUST DON’T EXPECT MIRACLES.

I purchased the restorer and the polish. I followed the instructions and use as directed. I tried the restorer 2 times with little improvement. I then tried with an electric polishing machine to see if that would improve the appearance. The results are no better than the original plastic. Spent nearly 3 hours on a small section of isinglass 3 ft by 2 ft. I then used to polish. It just made the unrestored isinglass shiny, but clarity was worse.

I tried this product on some fogged and scratched hazy clear plastic from the 80s, and the plastic is totally clear again! Obviously the larger scratches are still there, but the foggy haze is completely gone. Super impressive that it worked on 40+ year old (probably) polycarbonate/polystyrene. Works great and not just for boats!! Would definitely recommend.

Before purchasing this item, I asked mr. rufus (someone I could talk to) if I could use it on my acrylic fish aquarium that only holds fish ornaments in it, in my office. It worked great removing some kind of smudges, hard water stains, I guess and now it looks like new. Before we could see nothing but smudges on it...now it is clear again. Not sure how long this will last and the bottle says after use, use clear plastic polish also...I'll see how long this works first.

The Star Brite Plastic Restorer will improve the Isinglass, but it does not remove scratches no matter how hard one works at it. There is an improvement, but not what I was hoping for. The advertising is dramatically hyped.

Used on clear plastic windows sewn into roller blinds. They had become dirty and had rub Mark's due to rolling up and down. This stuff really cleaned them up and removed the marks
