I ordered this system for a third time. No problems with the first two systems. The third had a problem with the DVR. It kept restarting. After contacting customer support and providing a few bits of information they had me do a download and try a few things. Nothing fixed the problem so they sent me a return UPS label and I sent back the DVR. After 6 days a replacement DVR arrived at my doorstep. The replacement DVR works great, just as it should. I extremely impressed with the response time and quality of communication from customer support. I would definitely recommend this product.

Not being Wi-Fi means there is no lag in displays and record. The efforts running the Cable definitely outweigh the lag in display time.

I bought this system to replace my 5 year old Lorex system that died. Picture is clear. The App could be a bit better. It doesn't automatically load and refresh which is a bit annoying. But other than that, it works perfectly.

About the only thing these cameras are good for is a live feed and that is only when they work. The DVR system loves to turn itself off and stop recording. There have been so many times that we have tried to go back and look at something and it wasn't recording. Plenty of space to record it just stopped itself. The app and computer app they have for these cameras are the absolute worse. They NEVER work. You only get a live feed from the app and the computer app just doesn't work at all. If you are looking for a good reliable security system then DO NOT BUY THIS. This is the worst system you could get to protect your home.

Very nice product for the price. I had a SWAN system I had bought 5 years ago from walmart, paid 100 more for it and only had 4 cameras. But 12 cameras and HD for 100 less was something I could not pass up. Was not to hard to set up, took me about a day, and lots of attic time running wires. The zoom is Awesome, the night vision is clear and works great. Field of view is massive. You can set up to alert you of motion, via the app and a audible alarm on the DVR, and have the system display that camera full screen. We have it set up on our front door to alert us of someone at the door. The only thing I have left to figgure out is having it record only on motion. ATM it records all the time, which is fine, 1tb is alot of storage space. I absolutely recommend this product.

My DVR was rebooting automatically and after contacting Zosi support, Kyle worked with me to perform an upgrade and got the system back in working order. The support was very helpful and professional.

Been using these for several years now and love them!! Works great and easy to look at the videos. Even though it is wired it wasn't that much trouble to run.

No complaints thus far would recommend. Installed 8 of the twelve I purchased 1 of the night visions was cycling in & out got in touch with customer service when through a few troubleshooting steps still didn’t work properly & they sent me out a replacement camera in a very timely manner. Replaced it & the cameras installed are working properly at this time.
