Perfect size; perfect fit.
I use this for exercising. It not only make you sweat a lot but it also supports your back during sit ups and push ups. The product is sturdy and doesn’t shift during movements. It’s worth every penny!!

I bought this item for work. Doing my job, this item helps with my back support as well as my stomach holding it in place. It helps with posture. It seems to stretch well with my movements. Super comfortable!

Okay now
So on me this one was very hard for me to zip up. But once I got it zip up it was go time. I actually like the zipper better than the hooks. I had to go up to a 2X It is given good back support sitting straight up. I am 185lb heavy in the stomach area which is the reason I had to go up to a 2X. The straps around my arms are loose but other than that I must say I like it.

I ordered the largest size and it still did not fit me.

Works BUT.....
It works fine but the quality is cheap. It is already tearing away from the belt part. I ordered a neoprene belt and it is holding up way better. Works better too. For the price of this one which is more than the neoprene belt, I expected better quality.

Not worth it
The zipper has pinched my stomach skin more times than I can tell you. The straps don’t stay on as soon as you move or sit down, total waste of money, go find another one!
