We have a auto service shop. We do state inspections and this has worked perfectly. We really thought that we would have had to spend a lot more!

Works perfect UPDATE A Month after receiving it and probably using for about 15 times it stopped working. I changed put the batteries and nothing.

So this device has VLT, IRR, and UV readings. I can’t speak for the accuracy of the UV except to say that my 100% film read back at 100%. As for intermediate UV readings, I don’t know. With respect to the VLT, it was within 2-3% so not terrible, but not as precise as my other unit (this was using calibration glass). What seemed way off was the IRR. I measured a film with a known IRR and the meter was not accurate…it should have given a reading of low/mid 80s…it was instead mid 90’s. Ultimately, I sent the unit back. They gave me no trouble whatsoever and the refund was issued shortly after I dropped it off at UPS.

Garbage, not very accurate, after using for 1 month it wont read IRR and UVR
