The lights are sturdy but looks so delicate when lit. The wire is easily bent to twist and turn on poles and doors. I have used 2 of these in my balcony which light up the poles that look alit from afar too. Best part is they are usb plugs Best way to use up the battery backups at home. Also no hassle of getting multiple plugs and wires and wiring and taping to bulb holders . The best thing i got this diwali .

Nice but got delicate connection

It is the best product ever. It's so cheap. And the quality is great. It may look fragile, but the thin wires as very strong. The brightness is natural, pleasing and has changed the mood of my balcony completely. Go for it!!

Ordered for specifically Diwali festival. Light weight , easy-to-use , can be use with power bank , good for indoor use. Ordered multicolored 10 meters and 20 meters warm white. After using 4 to 5 days 20 meters lighting stpoed working. I had call the XERGY company and told about problem, as the product was under warranty period. After few days a fresh new same product ( 20 meters ) was delivered by the XERGY COMPANY... GOOD SERVICE Hope the product will last long as main use for Diwali festival.

The lights are too dim..so I initiated return and replacement of the product...its been 11 days and yet neither has return nor replacement happened!!! Clearly their product isnt good and their return process is a sham...the msg keeps saying return initiated and refund will be processed in 2 to 3 days but they've been saying this since 27th nov!!!!!

I've bought these lights before and they are great! I left them up permanently for a year and they worked just fine. My cat unfortunately gnawed at them and they stopped working so I recently bought the same (from my amazon previous orders) as a replacement. These new lights are unfortunately not as bright as the last set. Same USB plug, same plug point etc - I am a little dissapointed. But they do seem decent quality like last time and were promptly delivered so I'll have them up for Deepavali.

i though the light heads are bigger but when i got it it was quite small was disappointed at first but later it worked fine for me
