I purchased this rubbed sage mainly for stuffing and roasted poultry dishes, and overall I’ve been very pleased with it. The flavor is warm, earthy, and aromatic without being overpowering. A small amount goes a long way, which makes it a good value for the price. I especially enjoyed using it in homemade stuffing, where it added a classic savory flavor that reminded me of holiday meals. The texture blends easily into recipes and distributes evenly. However, the aroma was slightly milder than I expected when first opening the container. I also wish the shaker lid had larger holes for easier dispensing. Overall, this is a flavorful and versatile seasoning that has become a useful addition to my spice cabinet.

Please note that this is rubbed sage and not ground sage. If you need something like fine powder, this is not for you. I made that mistake. However, it was a good mistake because I found it great in meatloaf, meatballs and pies.
