Very nice product. Useful for carrying mobile outside while keeping it handy. Design quite classy.

Decent quality. Deceiving Product Image, some items not included.
Decent quality product. Flimsy packaging. Deformed patch that holds the lanyard strap with the phone. Deceiving product image and the contents as a couple of parts shown in the product image were missing. The 2 loops shown in image that go through the side holes in the case were neither there in the first package nor in the replacement ordered. So the only way to use this is by inserting that patch that goes between the back of the phone and the case as against what the product image shows.

Rusty and poor quality product
I was extremely disappointed when I received this ID tag. It arrived already rusty, which clearly indicates poor quality or improper storage before shipping. For a product meant to last and withstand regular use, this is unacceptable. But I should give 2 stars atleast for timely delivery.
