Great bag, Great pump, Easy to inflate, Easy to install, and durable. The extra head band and coordination balls are cool and seem to be great quality as well but I probably won’t use them, (not my preference). I recommend this product. Great buy!

The punching bar is well-made and the cords are secure… The only thing that should be better is the carabiners that are included are sooooo cheap (to the point where you can’t even open them) so you need to buy your own carabiners to link onto them.

Previously gave 3 star review. Only had bag 3 months and bungee cord broke on both sides. I must compliment company. They reached out to me immediately and offered a refund or new bag. Waiting for its arrival So far customer 5 stars lets hope new bag holds up.

I purchased this to help kids train hand eye speed and coordination. The head band does not hold the different ball’s securely so you have to get creative to make it work. The bag is ok but the inside air bladder is much smaller than the covering and will pop if you over inflate it. Overall not great but not the worst.

I have no formal combat training but have sparred with black belts and combat veterans. I'm over 6 feet tall and am strong even for my size, but I'd reccomend a speed bag like this over a real punching bag. This speed bag is easy to set up and use, comes with a pump, and some neat reflex testers. The bag is not for strength training, rather reflex training. And it excels at that. I find it hard to land consecutive hits which is the point of training. I get sweaty after only a few minutes of striking at it. Overall I'd say it's a great product for anyone wishing to perfect strikes, train reflexes, or just get some nice cardiovascular exercise.

It’s very easy to use. I used it for ten minutes. I sweated a lot and I could exercise at home. I don’t need to go to the gym anymore. I would recommend it to my friends who like to exercise.

Piece of rubbish. Don’t waste your time buying this. I used it for 2 weeks and the cable snapped. I’m pretty big but I’m no Mike Tyson. The product is cheap and it shows in the quality. Don’t buy it
