This is a wonderful product. I need a little lift in one shoe to even out my gait. These heel lifts stay in place in my shoe because of the small amount of adhesive used and do not wiggle around……. They can even be washed and dried and then used again several times.

I really like how comfy but yet supportive this is. they help with pain from leg length discrepancy. I wish they came in wider sizes or something. I find them a bit too narrow. The adhesive is pretty strong. Try to figure out what the lift should look like in your shoe before you take off the film and apply it so that you don't have to nudge the lifts angle a bit because the adhesive works better when you don't have to reposition it. But the adhesive still holds up pretty well even if you have to move it. I have repositioned mine many times because I was trying to find the best fit and it still holds on to the sole well. But I sometimes find it has moved when I have thrown my shoes in the closet or whatever. Also it works better and is easier to position in tennis shoes with cushioned sides around the heel rather than shoes with weak heel support. I have not tried it in backless sandles or on high heels. I am still giving this four stars because it is the comfyest one I have tried and I don't find myself taking it out as often as other ones I have tried.

I have ordered this product from this seller approximately 5 times. I like how they feel in my shoes. They help cushion my heel. They, in conjunction, with my inserts have decreased the inflammation in my heels. The only ussue I have had is how well they stay stuck to my shoes. I wish they we more sticky or stayed stuck to the inside of my shoes. However, I purchased another brand and they did not stick any better.

They get dirty the sticky part will attract all sorts of crud, slides around in the shoe.

You need to change the description from a 5 pack to a 2 pack. I have gotten the product twice and it is definitely a 2 pack.

I bought because I have a leg length discrepancy, which causes poor posture and lower back pain. There were 2 skintone inserts and 2 clear inserts but no clear instructions on how to use them. They made it sound as if you could stack them to adjust your height, but that did not seem plausible. I placed one clear insert in the back of shoe on my shorter leg, and although comfortable at first, the end of the insert (the flat part that slopes toward the arch) started hurting me as if I was forming a blister. It became so unbearable I had to remove it to walk comfortably.

I originally ordered two sets of lifts. I find them to be exactly what I need to make my legs more even and reduce the new pain after my hip surgery. So I've just ordered 4 more sets for other shoes. They are adjustable at 1/8" intervals and the adhesive make them stay put but can be taken apart if needed. I highly recommend these lifts -- much better than what the shoe store had.

These are the best heel lifts I've tried so far. The height can be adjusted. The lifts stick well to my shoes and sandals. An aside: Although this order was marked "handed to customer," in fact, it was left without notice in the lobby of my condo building.

Does the job perfectly, very comfortable. Vary the height according to the number of layers. Remove the plastic film protecting the tacky side so they don’t slide around.

Try seam really good so far it took a bit to get used to because I had cork one for a long time
