This product made absolutely no difference in my glucose levels. I use a Libre 3 glucose monitor and my glucose level never changed from from what it was before I started taking CinnaChroma. Just to make sure I monitored my glucose level when I finished the bottle to see if there was an increase but there wasn't. It's just an bunch of hype designed to get you to overpay for ineffective pills. I gave it one try and that's it, never again. UPDATE: After posting my review the company emailed me and offered me a full refund. I took them up on their offer. At least it shows this company has integrity.

Product helps with managing sugar levels in a small way.

This item was OK I couldn’t tell that much difference. I would like to stop getting the order because it’s not giving me that much good and I really can’t afford it. Please do not send me more. Cancel my order as of April 13, 2024 I don’t need anymore, if I could, I would send these back thank you. I tried them and it didn’t seem to do that. Much good.

It takes a while for shipments to be fulfilled but they arrive !

I am a diabetic who wanted to come off metformin when my batch was recalled. I take insulin but by itself wasn't enough to keep my glucose level stabilize. I did my research and found CinnaChroma, decide to try it for one month. I was shocked how effective it was for me, for the 1st time in years my glucose readings where in the 90s. With metformin and insulin was usually in 145 to 150 range. I did have to reduce my insulin because a few time my glucose got too low (below 80). This product is good, it works. The is a drawback for me is the price. Since the month was I have tried less expensive cinnamon pills and they have ranged from barely effective to not at all.
