I got them today an they look amazing I've seen people though they were getting wood chips and they don't understand that ginseng roots gets really hard so u may think it's wood an I've seen people complain about that it's not good quality but it's great quality cause you can't cut all ginseng roots the same size so you'll always have different size cuts great to make tea with or chew on or put in a water bottle with fruit overnight and drink a cup the next day for all the properties ginseng is good for. Can't wait to start my own patch of ginseng so I can grow my own instead of buy them.

The quality is awesome and it’s cheaper than the average price as I have seen on the market. I will buy this again.

I have bought ginseng for over 40 years , I buy most of my ginseng from Chinese suppliers. For many years I noticed they mostly buy American ginseng, while I continue to buy Korean red . For the first time I purchased American ginseng from Dairyland , this is by far the freshest and finest ginseng I have ever purchased .. and the price is very reasonable .. I am a supporter of family farming , and I too am an organic family farmer .. thank you for making this great product ..

I have been taking ginseng for many years and have bought this brand of ginseng many times, but the ginseng I bought this time seemed like leftovers from processing, sawdust or dust and something else mixed in, which was really disappointing. I don't think it's worth it for this price.Today, when I opened the bag of ginseng I just received, the appearance, smell, color... were all great, without any impurities. Western ginseng slices have become an indispensable food for me every day. I will continue to buy this product.

I add a pinch of these chips into my green tea when I brew a cup. I don’t notice a difference in the taste of my tea. I’ve never brewed it by itself. It doesn’t actually dissolve. I do think it’s helped my alertness and focus. It's a little expensive, but this bag lasts me a long time. I’ve ordered many times because I feel it really helps.

genuine product and quite clean. irregular shapes, ok for chewing and self use. wash it first.

The brand gives better solid quality pieces and when I tried them out into my oolong tea and it worked very well and I could smell the ginseng texture as well as the aroma of oolong.
