USA Pans are the BEST (in my biased opinion), as they are SUPER sturdy, non-stick (without Teflon), clean up is a breeze and the XL size fits so many cookies! I have had a number of their pans for years, used on a regular basis and they still look brand new. Do your self a favor and make the switch, you won’t regret it!

Like many of us I have a collection of baking sheets, some from my mother who if living would be 104 years old. So they have seen better days. I have recently discovered USA pans and am slowly replacing some of my metal bakeware pieces with these fine quality well made pieces. Before purchasing this 1/4 sheet size pan I had only my mothers old 1/4 sheet pan. It is coated with years of "patina" and I always had to wrap it in foil if I used it. But I do use it! So after purchasing one of USA pans 9 inch pie tins, which I found to be of high quality I decided it was high time to buy a new 1/4 sheet pan. I was pleased to find it here on Amazon and it arrived this afternoon the same day order ( thank you Amazon!). I am baking a triple berry slab pie for a friend who is visiting tomorrow. These pies are typically baked on a 1/2 size cookie sheet ( with sides ) and made to serve a crowd. But I did not want to make a huge pie so I decided to use a 1/4 sheet size and wanted a nice clean new pan to bake it in. This is going to be perfect. The pan is heavy and well made as was the pie pan. They are stated to be non stick and feel as though they do have a coating. I would compare these to Nordic ware or other good high quality bakeware. They are comparably priced. I like that the bottoms are slightly corrugated to allow airflow. I am sure this will deliver many fine oven baked foods and last for years to come! At near 70 years old it will outlast me for sure! Great cookware that your grandkids can enjoy long after you have passed on!

I would give this pan ten stars if I could! I’m an active chef and I didn’t know I needed a quality pan of this size until I got it, and now it is my favorite baking pan! First of all it is a high-quality pan, nonstick and easy to clean. It browns and cooks food evenly, even in the corners. It’s heavy enough to handle substantially-weighted foods (roasts) without bending. The sides are high enough to contain juices, yet low enough to evenly bake foods in my convection oven. The size is ideal for so many uses: not too much unused area, yet compact enough to easily handle while hot. I’ve used it for cinnamon rolls, butter buns, roasting vegetables, cookies, brownies, small batch cornbread and bars. Smaller roasts and fish fillets, that’s what comes to mind right now. Even with recipes that say to grease the pan, I’ve been able to use a silicone spatula and remove food effortlessly. I love this size as I can bake several pans at the same time and still have sufficient airflow between them. The pan cleans easily with a soft sponge, and I dry it promptly to keep it looking like new. Even heating, no hot spots. USA ⭐️ PAN is the premier baking pan brand in my opinion. I use quite a few pans of theirs. I’m pleased that they can be purchased on Amazon for very reasonable prices over kitchen retail store prices. As a serious baker I’ve cooked with many brands in my lifetime, but my kitchen cupboards are stocked with USA⭐️PAN baking pans. I can most highly recommend this pan as well as others in this line.

Can't beat these pans! I worked at Williams Sonoma and had always bought my pans there but I love these more. Very heavy duty-no warping in hot ovens. They clean up well with Bar Keeper's Friend. I have several sizes in cookie sheets as well as bread pan and cupcake pan because I do a lot of baking. Spend a little more and these will last for years, they will pay for themselves!

I absolutely love these pans and was looking for one that would fit inside my Tovala oven a little better than the quarter sheet, which was a little too wide. Both of these pans fit perfectly side by side in the oven, so that may also be true for other larger toaster oven brands. Same great nonstick coating and able to clean well. Also the same great quality in terms of metal thickness etc. All around great tool for my toaster oven cooking needs!

Exactly the size I was looking for! Tired of making sheet pan dinners and having to use 2+ sheets. This solves the problem. One star removed because, like others have said, after using for the first time, it warped. I roasted zucchini @ 425° and now the sheet pan is wobbly. I don't mind terribly, it's still usable, but I expected it to be more sturdy. Still a great sheet pan though!

Like all my other USA Pan bakeware, this is awesome! Perfect for breadsticks for large gatherings. Great for sheet cakes. Love it for its engineered heat distribution and easy cleanup without teflon.

I have bought all kinds of these USA pans. They are so well made. Nice and heavy. Clean up nice as well. I bought my son some, so he could attract a nice woman and it worked.
