Clears nose.
Small can put in pocket to take any where smells great

Not brilliant, smells too menthol like a decongestant
I was hoping this would smell nice and act as a little pick me up but the smell is too menthol/eucalyptus and actually burns your nostrils a bit. Can't detect the lemongrass and it does just smell like a decongestant nasal inhaler which I didn't really want. If you like menthol and eucalyptus you may like this but I didn't find it gave me any energy / invigorated me, just irritated my nose a bit.

Good for staying awake if you need it
It grants a slight wake up punch to keep you awake for a good 20 minutes. Yes they work, but if you remember the throat sweet HALLS, it's technically that inside a nasal vicks stick design and sold for 3.99. Not really worth the price but a fine invention. 3 Stars.

My was Defective
The item was not tightly closed and lost most of its strength. I wish they did a better job sealing it, thus it would have stayed fresh.
