Great purchase - love all of these new NINJA products!
Love this coffee maker!! I love the removable water tank. My old KRUPS required that you slide it out from under the cabinet to fill it - NOT ANYMORE!! And the temp of the brew is perfect for my liking. Everything about it is several steps up from our old KRUPS unit. Ninja is ON IT! They are making some really great products! Thank you!

Coffee maker was great . The carafe unfortunately, leaked . I couldn’t get through to have the carafe replaced, so I replaced with an aftermarket product.

Bad carafe design. Weaker coffee strength
The glass carafe is the worst design possible. Almost guaranteed that it'll spoil on each pour, common complaint I see. The code strength is also weaker than my previous coffee maker due to lower water temp in this ninja. This is my first Ninja product that sucks. A real shame. Gonna return it
