Easy to use and incorporate into meals
This is a quality non-GMO TVP that I’ve been using for a while. It’s helps me incorporate more plant-based protein into my meals. I feel good knowing that it’s supporting my health.I add it to chili and soups. Meat eaters don’t realize that it isn’t meat. The texture mimics actual meat. It absorbs the flavor of the liquid.I’ll keep purchasing this brand for this and their other products.

Good, but expensive
Good product, but expensive. It's nice that it's basically shelf stable and you just add fat and water to rehydrate it. I've used it blended with a bunch of spices to create something approximating taco meat. I like the convenience, but it's comparable in price to beef which, for me, is hard to justify.

Great snack! Loaded pure protein! Mixes with just about anything!
This is great if you are low on money and want to stay alive on a budget. I am not embarrassed to say I have been struggling financially and have been living on bananas, peanut butter, oats and TVP. I literally eat it straight out of the bag as a crunchy treat. A cup full is half my daily protein needs! Awesome value! says it is flavorless but it does have kind of a nutty toasted flavor when dry. I rehydrated it and mix it with refried beans and put it on tortillas with veggies and it is great!
