Hotel California

First thing I did after opening shipping box was check for any damage. I found no damage to box and to the LP Album so I opened it and put it on my stereo and it sounded great. Great sound and great music. I would definitely recommend buying this album.

The vinyl album arrived securely packaged. Great vinyl album. Listened to both sides; clear and clean sound. I recommend this vinyl album and seller.

Couldn’t be more pleased! Delivery surpassed my expectations and the quality is definitely what any vinyl collector is looking for. Definitely going to be doing repeat orders!

My favorite Eagles album. Gifting to my son to let him know where my music tastes came from.

Nice album

FABULOUS! Feels like I’m back in College listening to this album. The Band was at its best here with incredible writing production and sharing their craft. I wanted to replace my original LP that was worn put with a newer version without the damage that is inevitable from years of playing. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. This repress is just outstanding. Phenomenal sound. Clear, no distortion. With technology today able to extract what Studios put on the Master, this album delivers. My wife bought me a Rega Planar turntable for Christmas and I just put this through its paces with this Album. Absolutely blown away. I’m very discriminating and feel this is a bargain. Get it. You will NOT be disappointed. Sounds like what Vinyl used to deliver for that feeling of ‘being there’ when they recorded it.

Finding a mint 1976 copy of this album with all of the cover candy can bring a premium price these days. If you are a perfectionist on the details there are just a few to be noted. I left 2 photos, on of the 76 poster and new issue, and one of the inner liner sleeves of both. The original poster was a different photo and black and white. The original liner notes have not faded, they were originally the California Seafoam green or turquoise on purpose, and both printed on matte cardstock. The original cover art was a little lighter so you could see the red clay roof on the hotel but that’s getting really picky about it. The rest of the cover is identical to the original just a little darker in shade. The vinyl label is the same. The new master is great. The shrill of the highs from the voices and hi hat on the title track are much improved and BG vocals are crystal clear. New Kid in Town is where this remaster really shines. The 180g vinyl itself is a great improvement and super quiet. Although it’s not identical to the 76 release it’s really close. Better in some ways when it comes to sound quality IMHO. Make no mistake, the original 76 release is great as well...this is just a fantastic tribute to a legendary vinyl album with creative original artwork..and it definitely worth the price. If you’re considering it on vinyl, just do it, you’ll be glad you did!

Overall, I absolutely love this record. Always have...it's basically an icon! So, with that being said...a few times the record skipped or jumped, which I have been told may be the record player but can be scratches on the record. None of my other records did this, so I don't know. I don't really care, because that's always the joy of listening to records but you don't expect this on a brand new vinyl.

You know the music. We all do. This review is for the quality of the vinyl. This sounds fantastic. Excellent pressing, whisper quiet and it all sounds so warm and wonderful. I’ve ordered a lot of vinyl and was just checking a box for must haves when I ordered this. Once I put it on, I was amazed at how good this one sounded. If you’re on the fence about this, do it, you won’t regret it.

• “Victim of Love” y “Pretty Maids All in a Row” añaden matices más crudos y personales.

Like others have generally said, this 180 gram pressing is really good. Quiet surface with very detailed sound. A real hifi pressing. Lots more sound detail than streaming through the same equipment. Arrived in perfect condition with a proper record box within an Amazon shipping box. Highly recommended if you enjoy the Eagles.

Fantastico
