Does it support tank mode (differential drive) without transmitter mixing?

Not sure what you mean by transmitter mixing.  Each motor is controlled by its own channel, variable speed forward, reverse or stop.  So right and left motion is controlled like a tank or zero turn lawn mower.  So on a typical transmitter one joystick completely controls motion in all directions.

Can i control this board with a Arduino or Raspberry Pi?

I think so.  You can set its DIP switch to PWM signal mode so you can write your code through your Pi/Arduino with your PWM frequency at duty cycle for your controls.

What fuse protection should be used?

I fused mine at 30 amps, on the input, ideally fact acting.  The drive is rated 30 amps which normally is based on the output semiconductors.  Those amps come from the battery or DC power source connect to the drive input.  So limiting current to the drive should protect it, at least from a steady state point of view.  However this is not perfect.  Under transients or short circuits it is a race between internal circuitry, the fuse and the output devices - which one blows first.  Maybe someone has a better idea.
I started out with a 30 amp breaker and I did short the drive out once.  I thought I had blown the drive but it turned out that the breaker trip and actually destroyed itself.  The drive was fine.  I now use fuses.

Question 4

Can i use two of these motor drivers with one rc receiver ? i need to power 3 seperate motors with rc transmitter. ?

If you have enough channels on your transmitter, and more importantly your receiver then yes.  The drive does not care how it gets a signal as long as it gets it.  By the way, understand that when using one drive you are controlling both motors in both directions, like connected to a joystick, so it allows you to turn (one motor going one direction and the other going the other direction.  (just in case you thought you needed a third motor for steering).  Good luck.
