Really helpful with heartburn/acid reflux
Great for "as needed" treatment of heartburn/acid reflux. These are foamtabs, that when chewed help form a barrier to keep excess stomach acid out of your esophagus. Way better than other chewable OTC remedies available in US retailers.

Okay, so this stuff works, but only if you remain standing or are sitting up. It seems obvious now that I think about how this stuff blocks acid indigestion. I'm sure if you have no trouble with acid indigestion while sleeping, this product is for you.

Love this version of Gaviscon... wish we could buy in the states
Love this version. Has the Latinate and magnesium carbonate - no aluminum. It has a foamy, soothing texture. It is very expensive compared to what I can buy at the pharmacy, but works so much better. I wish I could get it at my local drug store to save some $.

Works way better than regular Gaviscon.
While regular Gaviscon make soak up excess acid in the stomach, this stops acid from leaving the stomach. It seems to have to do with the type of seaweed used in the product. But this is outstanding for stopping or helping to heal Gerd.

Didn’t seem very effective
Didn’t seem to work as well as the Gaviscon bought directly from Canada, and was like swallowing toothpaste! If anything, try a different flavor!

Relief that actually works (and fast)
I’ve tried a handful of different products for acid reflux and heartburn, and Gaviscon has been one of the most reliable so far. It works quickly and provides a noticeable soothing effect almost right away, especially after meals or late at night when symptoms tend to be worse. What I really like is that it doesn’t just mask the symptoms temporarily. It feels like it creates a protective barrier that helps prevent the discomfort from coming back as quickly. The taste is also much more tolerable than I expected, which makes it easy to take when needed. Overall, it’s been a consistent and effective solution for managing heartburn. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand.

Good product not a fan of the flavour
Happy with purchase because the item works. Personally, I don't like this flavor so I would avoid buying this flavor in the future...highly recommend the product though.
