Good dice, fresh,
Fresh, flavorful, great addition to polenta, soups, sauces, chili, etc... spicy, but not sooo spicy. I’ve purchased other in the past with no flavor or kick—2nd time buying these and they are good!

Found my replacement
When I could no longer find McCormick's dried diced jalapenos in any of the grocery stores, I found these online. Yay! They're pungent, spicy and just the right heat!

Good, Wouldn’t Mind More Spice
I make my own bologna and have been tryin various flavors. This worked great for some cheddar jalapeño bologna, but there was less kick than I anticipated. Pretty mild flavor with a bit of spice at the end. Overall a good product and flavor, but I’ll try increasing the ratio next batch.

Extremely good product. Just made some some jerky with this. The smell is amazing the heat is right where you would expect and the chopped and diced and dried products show someone who cares made this fantastic product. Will order more but 3 ounces gonna last a very long time.

Great product. Used it in my jerky marinade. Pieces are a little big but I just crush them up to a finer powder. Perfect heat and flavor.

Experiment.
At first I was worried that the dried jalapenos wouldn't have any heat. I was wrong. Worked perfectly in my venison sausages.
